This book is essential if you want to move on and you MUST follow HG’s advice. It’s hard but very necessary. Ever-presence (for me) is the worst part of the narcissistic dynamic, it’s that constant reminder of what you thought was perfect when in reality it was FAKE, all FAKE! That is so very hard, and probably the hardest thing to accept, but accept it you must. Thank you HG..

I am still reading this terrific book! Usually I can digest a book in 1-2 days but due to work commItments I am well behind with the other 2 books that I am currently reading.
Absolutely fantastic and logical advices, full of wisdom how purge the toxic person.
This magnificent book is like a broad spectre antibiotic – I am purging now another ex, not a Narc but still an arsehole.
All other relationships advices how to get over an ex are useless and even dangerous ( Like to indulge with a tub of ice cream – hello, diabetes).
This is the book every delusional love addict needs.
