Are you less likely or more likely to be hoovered by someone you’ve never had sex with but you know they wanted to and you rejected them?
It would depend on a host of other factors relevant at the point of a hoover trigger. The fact that sex had not yet occurred would not be a huge consideration compared to other factors.
