It is possible as Upper Lessers can be very intelligent, most are not, but some can be. Of course, he may be bullshitting about the MA which would be a more typical ULA Cerebral.

At my sport tonight a narc offered me Coke Zero and I said “no thanks I don’t like fizzy drink” and he cut me off and said “don’t fucking have it. Good” and walked off. I made my mouth like 😯 and raised my eyebrows and smiled and the people around me laughed and said “that escalated quickly”.
I shall only attend my new sport. The Narcs aren’t as low ranging.
