Asp I agree well worth reading it was a huge piece in the jigsaw for me. And it allows me to truly be done with narcs.
It’s definitely an eye opener. It’s also a great reason to avoid narcissists as intimate partners for sure. It really was a help to understanding how their minds work so absolutely differently.
Thats why I couldnt anymore and went no contact.
