The Self Reflecting Narcissist

Excellent video. My ex MMR’s self-reflection began and ended with his ‘demons’ wholly at fault. Never him. His ‘demons’. Once I fell for it, even likening his problems to a Dr Jeckle/Mr Hyde situation. He went along with that, believe it or not, until he decided during a screaming, childish rant (for which there was no reason, of course) that this was more insult than explanation and shrieked “That’s bullshit! I know my mind!”

After total Tudor immersion into de-programing, I realised the ex was right. It was all him, both heads on the same side of the coin.

This is interesting. I would’ve sworn my dad self-reflected, he said to me once that he didn’t understand why he always seemed to hurt those closest to him. But he did just keep up his same ways, so I guess he didn’t actually consider, at least enough to change.
