This is my next one. I need to get rid of the lie I tell myself, that I allow the narcs to tell me, that keeps me frozen. I can find someone normal and healthy, I just don’t believe I’ll recognize them if or when I do. And, do I need to find someone, to take the risk? I am happy alone…but am I? Yes, I need this Quick Calm.
