I obtained the “Narcissist at Work” series through this nice discount and listened to all of it last night. It explained so much to me and gave me the logical thinking I needed to navigate a few dicey situations. Recently I have had a workplace bully. I was able to determine the bully’s level of disruption through this series and develop a course of action.
Mr. Tudor asks you to pause during the instruction to write down notes, which I did. Then I referred to those as the instruction continued and was able to decide what to do. I felt like I had attended a 3-day seminar afterwards.
There are specific suggestions about dealing with emotional thinking, which also were extremely useful.
