Why do you see them everywhere you look? Why does it feel like he or she is still buried deep in your heart?

.Most importantly of all, what can you do to get rid of this feeling?

This is the answer. Through the narcissist’s perspective you will understand why you have been infected, why it is so effective and how you can successfully exorcise the narcissist from your heart and soul

I’ll put a response here seeing as TS mentioned this book as very helpful to her.

I just listened to two of the Successful Escapes stories – TS’s and Carole’s. Firstly, it was lovely to hear both your voices and I especially liked hearing both your accents. The gentleness of your two natures was clear.

Your stories were very similar, as probably so many stories involving narcissists are, but particularly with both your narcissists disappearing for stretches then returning. I was very moved by the detail in your accounts of what had happened.

I can understand how you both feel a debt to HG who very obviously helped you leave behind the awful feelings you’d been left with by those men, and who provided you with strategies and knowledge that gave you freedom and increased confidence for the future.

    Thankyou for sharing your stories.
