I went no contact 3 years ago. I must have missed something in my phone when I switched because on my telegram account HE popped up. I did not open the message and have since deleted his old number from my phone. However, I saw the first word which was my nephews name (he does use telegram). I don’t think there was anything else there except for my nephews name. Is this a hoover because it would not have been my nephews name on my account?
