HG, would a narc suffering from paranoia from stalking present in the same or similar way as an empath or would there be any distinct differences?
Would it be worse for the narc being stalked than an empath or the same?

A narcissist is more likely to believe stalking is taking place when it is not. The empath is more likely to believe stalking is taking place when it is.
The question of “worse” is entirely subjective.

I believe the person who is being stalked to be an ‘N’ but don’t know her well enough to feel certain. Your response makes so much sense with everything she believes to be happening.
I certainly don’t want to support someone if they are an N.
