I think that I once briefly worked with HG Tudor. Not as an equal of course and not in the same profession. He was a very tall imposing man and he was training to be a psychiatrist which he succeeded in becoming. He married a Dr from another field of medicine and they had at least 2 children. He was promoted to consultant very quickly. I don’t know if he was a narcissist. He was certainly very confident and aware of his powers. He was interestingly the son of C of E vicar but at the time I knew him he was rather disdainful of religious belief and very much of the opinion that science can explain every thing. I was very young and I was flattered by the minimal attention he gave me but even then I was aware that I was nothing but slightly amusing to him and I certainly wouldn’t arouse any empathy from him. I hope that his wife never felt that way. On the one occasion I saw them together with their children they looked happy and well matched. If HG is him or not he is highly amusing to listen to on Utube and clearly very well educated.
