This just spurred me to write an email to my brother, explaining why I refuse to give him any info about our father. I’ve never been forthcoming when he asks, because I think, why even ask? Enjoy the no contact and milk it!
I started telling him about your work last month, but it wasn’t the best occasion and the room went a bit tumbleweed & crickets 😀 We had not seen each other for 9 years for a start.
I’m now explaining to him the Total No Contact regimen.
He’s in a good position to implement this, so I am telling him it involves not even thinking about him, or talking about him. I wonder if he’ll take note!

Incidentally, when I got onto the topic of insidious mid-rangers, my brother almost lit up, to say he thinks his dentist might be one and has ‘a rictus grin’!
I said, ‘YES! That’s what HG Tudor calls _____’s fake grin’ and he laughed.
