I value your input HG, I am not sure what book would be best at my current stage, I have thought about Black Hole, Black Flag, and Exorcism. Suggestions, even if not on the list I provided?

    1. HG Tudor says:

I agree with those choices CC and Smeared as well.

Just finished this one HG. I took my time with this one. I found the detailed counts of each tool and how each tool is used helpful to piece what was used on myself and which tools worked particularly well on me as well. I feel I am more equipped to recognize these tools and when they are being applied after reading this. You know HG, I will write a review on Amazon. 🙂 Only recently I discovered I am still learning to be aware at the exact moment when such tools are being used on me, I have come to the realization I am about a day or two behind till it hits me with some of these tools, others I notice right away. I must remember though, at one time these tools were never recognized, and if they were, they were months later, so progress has been made, and reading your books, and your blogs, keeps my mind sharp and defenses in place. Thank you.

Thank you CC and I look forward to reading your review. As I have made mention of before, much of the problem is actually recognising what is being used against you. How can you be expected to tackle something if you do not know what it is that you are tackling? The identification of being ensnared by one of our kind is a critical first step and then identifying the various forms of abuse and manipulation follows. Once those steps have been taken you are in a much better place to then address them.

        Amazon Review.

In life there are times when I walk away from interactions with others that leave a pit in my stomach, a weight on my heart, or confusion swirling about my head. I have often wondered what just happened, did I imagine the situation, did the other person say and do what I think they said and did? HG describes the tools used by a narcissist to his or her victims, he not only goes into detailed description of each tool, he explains at great length how the tool is used, when and why it is used, and even why it works. After reading The Devil’s Toolkit not only could I recognize what tool was being used against me I could spot almost immediately when it was being used. This knowledge equipped me with the ability to no longer be hurt by the tools, and to disengage and walk away before the tool was used in its completion. Awareness is key, knowledge is power, and this is yet another book by HG that gives anyone dealing with a narcissist in their lives the insight they need to protect and safeguard their soul and sanity.

Just purchased! Looking forward to reading this! I hope you are well Mr. Tudor, I’d love to speak to you again sometime. There’s a book I think you should write and only you could do it.

This is pithy. Seriously. I will be taking many days to comb through this one. Just finished reading “Hammer of Intimidation”. I know the hammer well. White collar blue collar all N’s can become violent emotionally and physically in my limited experience. I had to get tired of being afraid all of the time before I could pull away. Living in constant fear is a real drag. Better to risk fighting back or running away at least then you have a chance. Still no guarantee but what is the alternative??

  5. Ah….if only I read.

    1. malignnarc says:

So does somebody read out my blog posts and replies to you then?

      1. No…I read your blogs…I just won’t read your books. It’s a “thing” with me….the blogisphere is one thing…books are something else.
