Don’t Feel the Fury, Understand It

Why does he lash out at you, abuse, assault and insult?

Why do you get ignored and cold-shouldered?

Why does he walk off and disappear?

Wow. When I read the title, just the title, I thought to myself, how apt.

If this is applied from the ACON’s / abused empath’s perspective – the words are valid……’understand’ what narcissism is, what the addiction to narcissism is, how it has impacted you, using examples of when those personal experiences of narcissistic abuse took place to ‘analyse’ in order to understand it better, thus applying Emotional Thinking and ‘refreshed’ Logical Thinking before ‘closing that door’ on it.

For me personally, I would liken it all to a bereavement period, where different emotions occur throughout the ‘re-learning’ process. It was not easy to do because of the deeply ingrained quagmire of thoughts, emotions and ‘unresolved’ WTFs.

I would never have managed to get my ‘mindset’ and emotions to where I am without HG’s work. HG gets the credit for the provision of his work. In return, I get empowered, ‘renewed’ and the ‘inner peace’ as a result.
