Exorcism -Paperback Now Available

The narcissist may be physically gone but his or her influence remains and it hurts. Whether you have escaped the narcissist or you have been cruelly discarded, the period thereafter is difficult, worrying and painful. Why can’t you move on? Why do you keep thinking about them? How can we exert such a hold over you for months afterwards? Why can’t you get him or her out of your mind? Why do you see them everywhere you look? Why does it feel like he or she is still buried deep in your heart? Most importantly of all, what can you do to get rid of this feeling? This is the answer. Through the narcissist’s perspective you will understand why you have been infected, why it is so effective and how you can successfully exorcise the narcissist from your heart and soul.

  3. Kelly says:

The depths of pain to the soul of a narcissist run deep. Like they want to share the release to you. Transference of the pain..
Once I splashed holy water on the narcissist while he was sleeping. He just layed there and smiled.

    1. HG Tudor says:

      That amused me Kelly.

      1. Me too; oddly enough….

        1. HG Tudor says:

  5. Indy says:

Great book, ive said this multiple times on this blog (and AMazon) though it deserves repeating. this is both pragmatic and effective. “Wash that man right outta ya hair.” -for the youngsters here, an old commercial reference from the 70s in US.

    1. HG Tudor says:

Thank you Indy. I like that description of pragmatic and effective. Just like me!

      1. Indy says:

Of course, you wrote it. I might even be quoting you subconsciously haha….

    2. jjp says:

Actually ” Wash that man right out of my hair” is a song from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Broadway musical “South Pacific” from 1949….kinda like “Narc in Paradise – the Early Years.”

      1. Indy says:

Nice!!!!! I didn’t know it was that old….

    3. My mom used to sing that song to me!

  6. Ah Oh says:

This book is a must have. I recommend it. After this read, I knew I was well on my way of being myself again.

    1. HG Tudor says:

  7. Starr says:

My ex recently asked me if I would attend church with him . I responded and told him he needs more than church . He needs an exorcism and a bath in holy water . He keeps telling me we will attend church together and therapy and I will marry you and be devoted to only you . He smiles and says these words which I wish more than anything were true and I want more than anything to be with him and him not hurt me this time but …… I see his eyes . They are dead . They are empty . They go black . His bright blue eyes and angelic face can turn stone cold and black . It’s like he can morph from a beautiful angel into a shark human hybrid . His eyes go black they also bulge and his smile remains and that is how I know those words are not words to him at all . It is the bait . It is truly terrifying to see his mask slip . Only I see the shark though no one else sees it but it is right there in your face . I still feel him in me . It has been one year since the breakup . I still see him . I still smell him . He haunts me and I’m afraid this haunting will be my death .

  8. ILoveJesus says:

Healthy Narciscism is not so bad. It’s the Malignant Narcissim that is a problem. As a proud Empath I at times let my healthy narcissitic side out to play, particularly if people are taking advantage.

  9. ILoveJesus says:

HG Tudor you have hit the nail on the head the behaviour of the Malignant Narcissist infects innocent people, particularly empaths who are blissfully unaware and ignorant of the tactics of this cold manipulative calculating controlling person.

I have read some of your tweets as I find this topic creepy and informative in equal measure and am sorry what happened to you.

You place a great onus on the male Narcissist, how about the females to be fair, as some women can be just as jealous, insecure and plain bitchy, ( I prefer the company of guys, less jealousy, more honesty and jokes!)

Also how do people avoid becoming entrapped in the tangled Web of the Narcissist?

Once again thank you and God Bless

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Thank you ILJ.

There are obviously female narcissists. People do know this. I write from my perspective as a man and I have read that the split is apparently 75/25 between male and female narcissists, although judging by the people who contribute here on the blog I would say it is higher and closer to 85/115. Off the top of my head, I can only think of CJ, SW and Roger who have been entangled with a female IP as a narc. There are others who have a female narc as their mother and Maddie who has one as a friend (who wants to be her lover). Of course one or two female narcs pop in from time to time on here as well.

In terms of avoiding being entangled, well it is spotting the red flags as described in Red Flag (oddly enough). Most people though do not know enough to evade our kind to begin with and end up entangled, so it becomes more a case of disentangling. To do this you need to understand why you were chosen, what is used against you so you can spot it and understand why it is used against you and then you can deploy counter measures and/or get out. My books cater for all angles in that regard.

      1. I thought Maddie was married? And the only narc she’s chasing is you, so are you her friend? Do you want to be her lover then? What will Claudia 10 names think? The plot thickens. I love this soap opera.

        1. HG Tudor says:

I do not know anybody who posts her outside of this blog.

      2. Julia says:
