      1. Indy says:

        1. Darkness Falls Again says:

Indy “whispering” sure glad he is better looking then yoda, no wrinkles and green.

          1. Indy says:

Well dang, Debbie Reynolds RIP 😔

  2. DFA says:

ABB hmm no when I do decided I am jumping in completely and see what happens. It could be the most amazing time or most embarrassing yet I will experience it completely either way.

  3. Snow White says:

    Ohhhhh Love,
Was being in a relationship with a pro football player exciting?
I have loved football since I was a little girl. We went to my grandmas every Sunday for spaghetti dinner and watched football. It was me, my brother, and three boy cousins.
I picked it up from them and I’m probably the biggest fan out of all of them. I wish I had season tickets.
Do you still watch the games?

    1. Love says:

Hi Snow. It was difficult because life revolved around him – I revolved around him. Non stop ego trips! I think he’s a mid range somatic. Everything was about his ‘glory days’. He was not ready to let his limelight go. I’m glad I dated him years after the NFL. He was injured and couldn’t finish his career, which of course he called being ‘robbed’. I tried to understand the game and get excited about it all – yet I never was able to get into it like the other women. I was treated like furniture by him so his friends pretty much ignored me too. Also, he used “the bowls” (rose bowl, cotton bowl, super bowl) as excuses to go on trips with his friends. I wasn’t allowed to go. It seemed there was no life after football for him and his comrades. They still tailgated and partied like fraternity kids… Even went to college bars after each college game. He acted like he was still that all-star 18 year old and couldn’t come to terms with his grown man’s body and grown up life. It is hard for me to watch American football now because it brings back all the memories. I am happy for the experience though. It was an interesting chapter in my life.

      1. AH OH says:

I also dated, about ten dates, until I challenged him, a man who played for the Miami Dolphins, Mayo Schmidt. I messed this one up big time. I liked him. I liked his brain. I just wasn’t ready I suppose. Ten dates and I never would kiss him. He was fun too. I am such an ass.

The other guy is Ray Elgaard. He is going through a divorce and I will not let it go beyond lunch or dinner.

      2. AH OH says:

That is it for name dropping in the world of Football, American style. I do have a story about John Elway but it is not about dating him. A good one nonetheless.

    2. AH OH says:

I engage with a guy who is in the Canadian Hall of Fame for Football. He is very nice, like a big teddy bear. White man. Other than this guy, I never was attracted to big guys like this.

      1. Love says:

Ah Oh, I pick them in all shapes, sizes, and colors… With only 1 requirement.

        1. AH OH says:

I prefer the white ones. It is a thing with what smells good to me.
I understand narcs like all flavors. Not that I have not tried other flavors, I just prefer the lighter flavors.

      2. Love says:

I guess empaths/codependents don’t discriminate either 😁 we just want our men very narcly. 🇬🇧

  4. Indy says:

Omg, George Michael died today, Love and Snow😢😢😢

    1. Love says:

      😢😪

    2. Poor George. I seen him at the height of his career. I called off work to go see him and my dad beat the hell out of me. Fond memories of that concert thanks to dad. Yes I still went. Defiantly snuck out window. Came home, climbed back in window, good to go.

      1. DFA says:

I have never been to a concert. What are they like?

        1. DFA,
Could you explain why this tragedy has befallen you?

          1. Darkness Falls Again says:

Because of my sensitivity to my surroundings

          2. Hmmmm. Maybe we can get you one of those giant plastic bubbles…it will muffle the intensity. Unless flashing lights throw you into a seizure. Concerts of any genre hit all the senses. Emotion and energy. Relaxing and moving. However music makes YOU feel. It is your own interpretation to color, light and sound. It can be magic or tragic. Performance for you alone or a show for 1,000s. Beautiful wonderful amazing. If it is good. Now if bad performance. Sleepy, yawning, watch checking, start drinking, uh, you ready to leave? I hope you can take some xanax and go someday and not be over stimulated.

          3. Darkness Falls Again says:

            lol the movie bubble boy.
I do love music and the way it feels. I am always listening to it.
I do want to experience a concert and I will it is a matter of which one.

          4. Well if your easily over stimulated then I suggest starting with a one man band street performance. Lol.

    3. NarcAngel says:

      INDY
Yes they killed him. They talked about him and now he’s dead. Co-incidence? (Pan to horrified faces of Snow and Love). Hahaha I kill me.

      1. Indy says:

        ***eyes Love and Snow***
LOL Well, I talked about Andrew Ridgeley. Is he next? Oh, have any of you ever played celebrity death BINGO? You make a bingo card with all the names of the ones you think are next (due to age, drugs, risky life, etc.)…My money is on Paul McCartney. I know, I am totally going to hell.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Paul McCartney is already dead. This fellow doing the thumbs up all the time is a cloned replacement. Everyone knows that Indy!

          1. Indy says:

HA! Makes complete sense, HG! Now, explain Mick Jaggar please…

          2. HG Tudor says:

I cannot explain someone who dances like he is being electrocuted.

          3. Indy says:

Jaggar, He’s next on my celebrity death Bingo card. **dun dun dunnnnnn***
Though I just heard Carrie Fischer, Princess Leia!!! passed away today…2016 is sucking the life outta everyone!!

          4. HG Tudor says:

Of course many of these celebrity deaths at a younger than expected age involve people who have put their minds and bodies through enough which would make them twenty to thirty years older. I had a client secondary source who had a clutcher when he was 52. He was told his arteries were that of a 75 year old man. Heavy smoker.

          5. Indy says:

A “cultcher”, never heard it called that though very appropriate description. I have heard the saying “widow maker” to reference a particularly type of first time heart attacks that you had no chance…done once you drop. My dad had one of those. He smoked. Never touched cigarettes.

          6. HG Tudor says:

Should have read “clutcher” No I have never smoked cigarettes. Filthy habit.

          7. NarcAngel says:

            (Snort snicker snort)

            “Filthy habit”

            Oh the irony…….

          8. HG Tudor says:

I knew a nun who had a filthy habit.

          9. NarcAngel says:

            HG

Says the man who probably played the most mind games with his secondary source client while plying him with yet another smoke and a drink lol.

          10. HG Tudor says:

Shame on you NA for thinking me so transparent.
(Though you are right. I did visit him in hospital though)

          11. NarcAngel says:

            HG

Well that IS a dangerous place to be if you are hooked up to machines to ensure your longevity while being visited upon by a man who fiddles with the stove dials in hopes of ruining Christmas dinner to be sure.

          12. NarcAngel says:

            INDY

Well I guess that means I can toss the gold bikini and cinnamon buns I had to drag out for those Star Wars fanatics…….

          13. HG Tudor says:

I think you should honour the memory NA.

          14. Indy says:

NA, did you say cinnamon buns 😋.
Ok, my empathy runneth low, shame on me **as she lays 30 on Mick**

          15. NarcAngel says:

Hmmmm…perhaps a tribute IS fitting. I’ll have to check the cinnamon buns but I’m sure I can still swing the golden globes….

          16. 1jaded1 says:

Mick Jagger recently became a daddy again. Spry young thing. I’d be surprised if he went anytime soon.

          17. Indy says:

You know, I heard the queen was ill recently **eyes the room with caution, preparing to duck** Mick goes down the list.

        2. 1jaded1 says:

          Carrie Fisher was next.

          1. Indy says:

I know!!! I apparently suck at death bingo. lol

          2. HG Tudor says:

Carrie Fisher was clearly the next to go. I enquired at the bookmakers yesterday but the odds were too low to merit a decent return. (Indy if you want to cheat at death bingo just consult a bookie)

          3. Indy says:

Ha, HG, you got an inside on the next one 😉

          4. HG Tudor says:

Nice to see you to see you nice (probably won’t mean much to those outside of the UK)

          5. Indy says:

Break this down for the slow Yankee, please 🤓

          6. Indy says:

I’m so stupid!! That was a clue!! He’s dying? Really?

          7. HG Tudor says:

            Yup.

          8. NarcAngel says:

            INDY

Well hes bloody 86 or something so its not like its a shock lol. I love when people as what did they die of when theyre over 80. I just laugh and say really? You need a reason. I dont know why more people dont like me. Sigh.

          9. Indy says:

            Hey NA,
I did say I suck at dead celebrity bingo lol 😂

          10. NarcAngel says:

            Celebrity Death Bingo! SMH.

And to think that some were outraged at Mr Tudors Scrapbooking. Who’s macabre now?

          11. HG Tudor says:

Indeed NA, I am just misunderstood, that’s all, not like these harpies waiting on the death of many of my brethren.

          12. Indy says:

Your brethren hahaha… so loyal to them, you are!! Said in Yoda voice.

          13. HG Tudor says:

            Only when it suits.

          14. Indy says:

You know, I don’t know how long Ozzie has either. Ozzie Osbourne has that glazed over look that tells me there might be a clone there too

          15. 1jaded1 says:

I wonder how many predicted her mom would go the next day. Very sad. She was old but losing her child probably didn’t help.

          16. Indy says:

Very sad. Losing a child is something I pray I never have to live through. RIP

          17. 1jaded1 says:

            Her mom died too…

          18. Snow White says:

Absolutely terrible to see them both pass away like that.

          19. Darkness Falls Again says:

That it is, yet for a parent to see their child go ….. heartbreaking

        3. Snow White says:

Good evening HG, Indy, NA, and Jaded,
I am just starting to catch up and hope everyone had a nice holiday.
As soon as I heard the news I had to tell everyone that we were just talking about George Michael.
My brother is in a “Death Pool” at work.
A group of people make a list of 10-20 people that they think that will not make it to the next year. They are each given a point value. My brother won the trophy for the last year. Now every time someone dies I immediately call him to see if they are on the list.

      2. Love says:

Lol NA, who killed him? The empaths or the narcs???
Where is Bloody Elemental so we can fight about ‘who did it’?
My money is on the narcs. Those crazy crimininals always up to no good!!!
        😡😠😁

      3. Love says:

Another favorite song of mine. It is actually the codependent anthem.
When Michael was black and Paul wasn’t a clone. Simpler times…
        https://youtu.be/QC2Grms55Fw

      4. Love says:

Hah! I’m declaring a discrimination of the order of the comments. My comments were timely and very relevant to the topics at hand. Yet once again, they’ve been pushed to the bottom and now are nonsensical.
Oh the injustice of it all!!!

    4. 1jaded1 says:

Indy, A morning show I used to listen to did something similar. People would call in and predict who was next.

      1. Indy says:

        Hi Jaded1,
Yes a few years back I too heard a radio show that did this lol 😂

  5. AH OH says:

Hello HG. Did Santa bring you anything worth talking about?

    1. Love says:

Um hello… Ah Oh, Santa brought US for Mr. Tudor! What better gift is there than that? 😉

      1. AH OH says:

Well than, I hope he likes his gifts.

  6. DFA says:

ABB that just made me think of a person who did terrible things…..think I shall retreat to my beloved woods amongst the wood sprites and elves lol

    1. AH OH says:

I will join you DFA. Shit, no wonder most people have less value to me.

    2. It was meant to, as a joke.

  7. Windstorm,
Was she trying to come up with the master race of German Shepherds? Hmmm sounds familiar.

    1. Windstorm says:

ABB, my mother was a dog breeder. She wasn’t trying to create a master race, but she was trying to eliminate inbred or recessive faults she perceived in puppies. I guess the point I meant to make is that it was her lack of empathy that caused much of her hurtful behavior – to dogs and humans. She certainly could be sadistic ( purposely hurtful), especially when drawing negative fuel from immediate family. But in my experience a lot of times when mid level narcs are hurtful to the rest of us, they are unaware of the pain they are causing. But of course, a lot of times also they know exactly what they are doing…

      1. I knew what you meant. I was making a twisted joke. Germany, master race. Sorry if I hurt your feelings. I was not trying to.

  8. Windstorm says:

    Merry Christmas everyone!
My mother killed puppies, but not in any sadistic way. She raised German Shepherd Dogs and would kill any pups she thought were defective. She didn’t enjoy it at all. It was just what she felt was necessary. Sometimes it’s just the lack of empathy, not sadism or deliberate cruelty. Of course it tore me up, but that was just considered a sign of my weak defectedness. A lot of what we think was horrible was really just our narc parents trying to toughen us up and make us narcs too, bc they really thought that was best.
But now, let’s put all those past memories out of our minds and celebrate the peace and love of the season! Love to you all!!

    1. AH OH says:

If you are killing a puppy, it is sadistic. Sorry. I can’t imagine having to learn this and made to think it was OK.
What a selfish thing to do and why? Was she a breeder?
My mother taught me that all animals, wild and domestic have value and to protect them. This is most likely where my love for the Great Apes come from.

      1. NarcAngel says:

        AH OH

Bought myself 2 pairs of boots and Gorilla is my fave animal. Its looking more and more like we are related lol. But I stayed poor. Sigh…….

        1. AH OH says:

NA I have been poor and I have been not. I like the later as you can pick your own misery.
Trust me when I say I have earned every damn penny I have.
I sacrificed my younger years for my sons. It was done out of love and duty. They did not choose to be here, I brought them into this world. The sperm done for my sons walked out of their life over ten years ago and before that used them as weapons against me. In doing so I see the emotional damage. Now as men, all three have decided to have a relationship with this PIECE OF SHIT. It upsets me as he did not do a god damn thing for them.
My youngest, who is here to visit, told me how well he is doing so I suggested that he ask him for school tuition instead of me. I am sick that they give him anything. He use to tell them he hated me more then he loved them and to never show up on his doorstep unless they had my death certificate. He told them he was going to crap on their Grandfathers grave, my father who helped me with them for so many years, picking them up from school and watching them while I busted my ass working. Now he gets to waltz back
          into their lives.
This is when I want to leave them a nice surprise of nothing when I die. Not long ago I would always have in the back of my mind of making sure I leave them something. Perhaps it is time to no worry about them anymore. I have done so for 28 years. No wonder I do not like people. Even your own children grow up to be pricks.

          1. NarcAngel says:

            AHOH

I hear your frustration on bearing the brunt and then having him waltz in. You never can predict the outcome, but you sacrificed to make them independant individuals who are free to make up their own minds and they are exploring that with him it appears. It doesn’t mean that they’re buying what he’s selling or diminishing your role. Perhaps Its just curiosity. I did not meet my birth father (Icall him DNA) until I was 50. I knew he must have been a shit but you want to see for yourself and disappointing he was. Now I know.

          2. AH OH says:

I understand. But it is time I step back so they can see who he is. When I suggested that my youngest ask for tuition, his response was so manipulating “don’t you want all the credit for putting us through school?”

        2. AH OH says:

correction would be SPERM DONOR or baby daddy

        3. AH OH says:

As you can see NA, I am in a pissy mood and I need a break today.

        4. AH OH says:

NA You like Gorillas. Do you that we are more related to chimps and bonobos then they are related to gorillas. Do you know all of the Great Apes? Gorillas, Orangutans, Bonobos, Chimpanzee. Bonobos are only in the wild in the Congo. They are most like us. They are a matriarchal. If there is a conflict they settle by having sex, they greet with sex, they are all about sex.
Chimps are the opposite. So in saying this, Bonobos are more peaceful and chimps are more war like. A chimp with tear off your face, hands, feet and sexual parts and leave you for dead. We were charged by one in the wild in Uganda. He name is Tito and they have habituated this wild bunch so researchers and people like me can go into the forest and observe them in the wild. He should his display of dominance. It was exhilarating!

          1. HG Tudor says:

            Such monkey business.

          2. NarcAngel says:

            AHOH

Figures. Chimps are filthy brainless clowns-the Lessers of the ape world. Sadly I’d still rather interect with one of those shit throwing monkeys than a Lesser. Years ago I went to Toronto Zoo ( hate zoos and have never been back), where there was a Male Gorilla exhibit. He sat right at the front with his side touching the glass. He waited until a huge crowd gathered and then he raised his huge fist and banged the glass. Kids screamed and cried and ran in all directions. I stayed transfixed by his power and I swear he smiled before he went back to his zen staring. He had to be a greater lol.

  9. DFA says:

Christmas and pagans what do they have in common?
    Have you heard of Saturnalia?

Tress, mistletoe, presents and Santa Claus
Are modern incarnations of the most deprived pagan rituals ever.

    Why I do not celebrate.

Sorry if I have offended anyone.
Yet when I was reading your frenzy list I was remembering a conversation with another and sitting here wondering just how many of your kind were behind the scenes to intertwine the cultures. To produce a crop of very unaware victims through religion.

    1. DFA. You are correct. There is also a documentary on the history channel about the origins. Sun worship to son worship. Easy jump right? Lol. I like the comedian Jim Gaffigans take on Christmas. Look it up on you tube. Hilarious.

      1. Darkness Falls Again says:

        ABB
I found it interesting, It was two years ago I was challenged on my views this man gave me a good one.
I will check the video out.

    2. AH OH says:

Read Drawing Down The Moon. A good book for origins of Pagan beliefs and such.

      1. Darkness Falls Again says:

Ah Oh have you read this book?

        1. AH OH says:

          Yes I have.

          1. Darkness Falls Again says:

What were your thoughts on it?

          2. AH OH says:

DFA It was interesting and educational in the history of Pagan beliefs. Have you read it.
Do you believe you are a witch?

          3. Darkness Falls Again says:

No Ah Oh I am not a witch.

          4. AH OH says:

According to my mother, I was a little witch but the w changed to a b as I became a teen. ;-). I guess I would upset her often.

          5. AH OH says:

True story, this just happened minutes ago. 7:05 PM PST

I have words and their definition as my screen saver that constantly changes. (Mac desk top)
I walked in to look up tickets for Joel Osteen for my sisters. ( they are fans, I am not as I am Atheist, as I said before) I do appreciate his power to move people as a motivational speaker.

Guess what they word was on my screen, bright as it can be?

            ATHIEST

I had to laugh. This is as far as my witchery goes.

This is so weird. I really smiled.

          6. Darkness Falls Again says:

Joel Olsteen motivational speaker who loves his money.
Yes he has many who follow him.
            Very committed to his beliefs

          7. AH OH says:

Committed to his beliefs of GOD wanted him to be rich.
He is a smart man in the business of GOD. I have to admire the business side of him.

          8. Darkness Falls Again says:

He runs his uh um religion I mean business very well, no disagreement there.

We all chose to follow something, someone, or oneself, blindly or with awareness.

          9. AH OH says:

I am claiming awareness. Yes, very much so.

          10. Darkness Falls Again says:

Awareness in what? Who you are or what you follow?

          11. AH OH says:

            Both for goodness sake.
I know who I am. I do not follow anything.
            My world, my rules.
I am a force to be reckoned with. Need references? I am more respected then liked as most can’t get near me, but if they do, they embrace me.
This is the life in my world of the Country Club world. A charmed life. I am the realist as Iggy would say.
            What about yourself?

          12. Darkness Falls Again says:

I have always been aware of what I am, I had to be trained so to say so I would know which emotions were mine and which were not. I am extremely sensitive to what and who is around me. Places, objects and people all are made of energy and effect each one of us differently to which means we react or respond differently to our environment and our perceived needs.

          13. Darkness Falls Again says:

As far as the book no I have not read it.

  10. Love says:

This is my favorite Christmas song!
    Best Christmas song ever!
    https://youtu.be/E8gmARGvPlI

    1. Snow White says:

      Merry Christmas Love!!!!!
I love Wham and that song.
I could listen to it over and over.

      1. Love says:

Merry Christmas to you Snow and everyone else!
Yes I Loved Wham! George Michaels should have never broken up that duo.

        1. Snow White says:

I agree and I miss him.

          1. Indy says:

Hi Snow and Love, WHAM! I had a poster of them as s teen. I was the dork that had a crush in high school on Andrew Rigley. Yes, I said that out loud 😂

            Merry Christmas ladies!!!

          2. Snow White says:

I had all the metal band posters hanging on my wall in high school Indy! Lol
Merry Christmas and hope you are with your family.

        2. 1jaded1 says:

          George Michael died.

      2. Love says:

Indy there is no shame in that. My preteens were spent reading Tiger Beat and worshipping Jordan from New Kids on the Block. 😌

    2. AH OH says:

He died. Talent that went astray.

    3. Love says:

Oh my goodness. Rest in peace George Micheals! 😪

      1. Love says:

After all these years I just realized his last name is Michael and not Michaels.

      2. Snow White says:

        Good morning Love!!!
I couldn’t believe it when I saw that,
Made me so sad that we were just talking about him and he passed away.

      3. Love says:

Yes Snow, that was so strange.

  11. DFA says:

Indy that is awful, killing puppies in front of a child.
I had to explain to my youngest christmas wasnt about him (he was born on christmas), yup he is following his fathers footsteps. First sign as to what path he was to follow.
He called this morning to remind me of the celebration tomorrow just for him. I pleasently declined attending.

    1. Indy says:

      Hi DFA,
That sounds like a hard path to watch your child follow. How old is your son? Is it ok if I ask a few questions on some of the early signs you saw and at what age? If you’re not comfortable answering I totally respect that. I want to learn more about how it develops and early signs

      1. Darkness Falls Again says:

        Hi Indy
I am fine with you asking questions.
Yes at times it was heartbreaking.

      2. DFA says:

Indy my son is 28 today.

        1. Indy says:

          Hi DFA,
My son is 28 as well. I hope your Christmas is filled with peace.

          1. DFA says:

Thank you Indy yes today is very peaceful.
I do hope your Christmas is peaceful to.

    2. AH OH says:

I get it as I am not Christian so the holiday has no meaning for me in a religious sense. I believe it should be called Santa Day.

      1. Indy says:

        Happy Santa Day, AhOh ❤️

        1. AH OH says:

Thank you Indy! I went to my favorite party tonight. White Elephant gifts, but one of substance, minimum 30 dollars.
Mostly I like these people very much. Marissa and Mario.

          Many shots of blanco Patron!

I hope you enjoy the eve and a very Merry Christmas to you Indy!

          1. Snow White says:

            Happy santa day Ah Oh!!
            Hope you enjoyed your party.
Are you with your kids today?

          2. AH OH says:

SW I am not. My youngest son is driving in from Colorado but there is a storm and I am worried a bit. My Middle son is with his GF and her family ( his new life). My oldest worked last night so he will be going home to sleep.
You guys are stuck with me.
Santa brought me 3 pairs of boots ( santa is my American Express)
My niece made me bag clips, she painted them. Very nice actually. This is it for presents.
I always tell my family to not buy me anything. Last year my sister had a painting done of my animals but no wall space to hang it. I have art I can’t hang now. I love it but where do I put it? I have more then anyone person should have.
Love the people that invite me into their home. Younger couple. We did many shots of Patron last night. They are always looking for someone for me. They said I should go to Church and I will find someone there. I just look at them sideways and they laugh.

            How about you?

          3. Snow White says:

            Hi Ah Oh,
The Patron sounds delicious. I’m sorry they weren’t with you. I’m not looking forward to the day when my daughter is married and has her own life.
Boots are always a great gift. And the ones to yourself are great too. I got a few myself. Lol
I was with my kids and husband. We went to my Dads and exchanged gifts and then we went to my inlaws for dinner. I’m always exhausted my the end of the day.
            Hope you enjoyed yours 🎄

          4. AH OH says:

It was a day of peaceful quiet. I like this.

      2. DFA says:

Happy Santa day to you Ah Oh I grew up in a Christian household, converted (forced) to Judaism and now hold no title to any religion.

        1. AH OH says:

DFA, Bravo. After you read this, please stand up and go look in the mirror. There is your GOD/GODDESS. You have all the power you need to do what you need to do.

          1. Darkness Falls Again says:

No I think you may have misunderstood me, I don’t go by any titles of a religion, to which are man made rules. I have seen more hypocrisy in a church or temple then I have ever seen on the street. Leaders that twist scripture for their benefit, hypocrites. They are just as bad as the Pharisee, in the Torah.

I do have faith and believe in God.

          2. AH OH says:

So you believe in GOD? What does he look like to you? What image comes to mind? I am curious?

          3. Darkness Falls Again says:

            He looks like HG 😉

Damn I think I just bought a first class ticket to hell now

Yet this is a subject I really can’t get into at the moment as to I have an important date with two of my favorite people in the world, my granddaughter and grandson and damn if that doesn’t make me feel old as shit and I haven’t even hit my mid 40’s

          4. AH OH says:

You are a young Grandmother. Ticket to hell? yes perhaps!

          5. AH OH says:

Damn! HG looks like an old white dude with a long white beard, in a white robe floating around the clouds? Give me some of this LSD you are taking!

          6. Darkness Falls Again says:

HG is whatever a girl can imagine him to be and he is. So if you imagine him to look like Father Time alrighty then who am I to tell you different. Yet he is totally different to me.
Eyes like glacier ice or a Montana sky

And I will skip the drugs thank you.

          7. AH OH says:

Did you believe in GOD or were you taught to believe in GOD? Which GOD, there are so damn many of them. I can’t keep up.

          8. Darkness Falls Again says:

            Ah Oh
Yes I believe in God always have and never taught this belief.
For me God is the source.
Everything is made of energy and connected.

As far as my thoughts on so many gods, people needed an explaination for many things, one to place blame or reason for things that happen or will happen.

Now as far is there evil, yes. You can’t have good with out evil, light with out darkness.

As far as power coming from yourself, you need to be aware of what you are connected to. Knowledge brings this. Then the choice is what you decide to do with it. You can not tell another how to use this power or what they are, many decive themselves into thinking they are something they are not, and come short. They hold themselves back. Being honest with oneself is the hardest thing a person can do, yet brings awareness.

Those that are aware are the most powerful, either good or evil.

          9. AH OH says:

I follow the works of Richard Dawkins, Carl Sagan, Sam Harris, Lawence Krause, the late Christopher Hitchens, Steven Pinker, Neil deGrasse Tyson and other greats minds. Einstein and Plato, so many influences that has shaped my thinking.
I know my power and lack there of.

I am powerless outside my own self. I am powerless in what my own cells decide to do. I can only provide the best environment for myself mentally and physically. This is the only control I have.
I am connected to stars, trees and such. We are all made of the same compounds as what the universe contains, the DNA of life. It is all science.
I am more aware and connected. But no “GOD”in the sense of the definition of an external entity.
It is just by chance we are here, no grand design. But this fact alone is spectacular.

          10. Darkness Falls Again says:

As far as power goes, knowledge is power, it brings awareness, with this comes responsibility and choices on how you use this power.

          11. AH OH says:

Knowledge in knowing and believing that you can do anything. This is power.

          12. Darkness Falls Again says:

lol maybe for you, yet something’s I wish I never knew.

          13. AH OH says:

What is power to you. The power to walk, the power to think, the power for choices you can make.
I am talking about the power within you.
Let’s get philosophical, this is where I am going. The one true power is what you can do for yourself and with yourself right here, right now.
Power outside of oneself can be stripped in a blink of an eye.

To me it is a simple thought but one that takes a real belief to master. The power within oneself. No god, no outside source.
All else we have no control over.

  12. Snow White says:

I believe that’s why I came out of the relationship so exhausted. She kept me up all the time. Another manipulation I can’t believe that was done on purpose. Oh, there’s sooo many.
I enjoy going to bed early now and waking up rested. She was aging me. I woke up every morning with bags under my eyes from little sleep and crying so much.

  13. Indy says:

FIVE Ollllllllld things…..hehehe…my sisters narc-psychopath mother-in-law (she actually killed puppies in front of her son as a child!!!) sent a used stained shirt to her grandchild (she’s not poor) ….thought of this. Good god.

    1. Snow White says:

That’s terrible!!!!! I can’t believe what people do.

      1. Indy says:

I know, it breaks my heart!! She drown them in a bag. …she has done other things too. Held he kids under water in s pool to toughen them up! My sister is married to her son who wishes to toughen up their son now. Not in water but is very sexist and calls his son a whim when he doesnt do certain things he wants…like when the child is sick and needs rest. He is a mid ranger and it’s been horrible and with kids too. I’m so glad this blog and HGs books are here for her too! It’s helping her s lot too!

        1. Snow White says:

And that’s why I say you never know what goes on behind closed doors. When my kids go home from school who knows how some of them are treated. They learn their behaviors somewhere and unfortunately it’s what they experience in the home. So sad Indy.

        2. 1jaded1 says:

Horrible. Makes me wonder what the point of it all is. Disgusto.

    2. Love says:

      Killed puppies 😭?!?!?
      What is wrong with people?????

On a happier note: Happy Christmas Eve!

      1. Love says:

Oh my God, I couldn’t even read your 2nd comment Indy. 😪 I got sick to my stomach! Animals have a very special place in my heart 😪

      2. Indy says:

        Hi Love,
Yes, this is more common than many wish to believe among a certain group of psychopaths…or those that are more impulsively inclined to kill and purposefully physically maim humans. I believe the old hypothesis, which may be outdated now, was if you saw a child be purposefully cruel to animals and those that play with fire in a destructive harmful manner to look out. It’s a horrible thought.

      3. Love says:

That theory is right! I’ve seen it with my own eyes! Urgh.

    3. AH OH says:

WTF!!!! This one needs to be taken out. Killed puppies? There is some real mental disorder there, and it is beyond being a Narcissist. It starts with animals and I wonder if she has had strange deaths around her.

      1. This is the only spot I could comment and you guys know me so, I immediately thought of the movie Vacation where Clark Griswald forgets he tied the dog to the back of the car and gets pulled over by the cop. Best part is when his mother in law screams DOG KILLER! Okay it’s funny and I’m not psychotic. Carry on.

  14. DFA says:

Lol thanks 1jaded1 i missed one

    1. 1jaded1 says:

      You’re welcome, DFA.

  15. oh my God. yes
I’m still catching up on sleep. sometimes when he picks up the kids for the weekend…..i just sleep. no apologies! 🙂

  16. 1jaded1 says:

    9 prospects he’s romancing
    8 ways of smearing
    7 weeks not speaking
    6 days of lying

    4 nasty words
    3 false friends
    2 violent shoves
And an overnight stay in A and E

    1. echo says:

Thank you for keeping these updated, 1jaded1.

      1. 1jaded1 says:

You’re welcome, echo. This has been the best part of Christmas. No joke.

        1. Snow White says:

          Merry Christmas Jaded!
I’m glad there is one thing that you like for Christmas.
I will be wishing I was sitting with you tomorrow instead of my in laws.
I will be watching my football team play. At least I will be distracted.

          1. 1jaded1 says:

Hi Snow White. Thank you and the same to you. I’ve decided to skip Christmas back home and am staying home. The more I’ve thought about it, the more I decided that I’m not dealing with the fake. I’ll be one of those people who will be out on Christmas…movies maybe. I was going to do the Chinese, but decided to go TJs instead. Who knows…I might still do the Chinese. Which team is your team? I’m assuming American Football and not football as Americans call *shudder*soccer*shudder.

          2. Snow White says:

Chinese and a movie sounds wonderful Jaded. You will have to let me know if there’s a good movie out there to see.
It’s American football. “Soccer” always makes me laugh.
The Pittsburgh Steelers play in the afternoon game and I tried to get out of Christmas this year because of the game. My festive outfit will my football jersey this year. Lol

          3. HG Tudor says:

SW it is football, as in a game played predominantly with the foot. I know not of this soccer you speak of!

          4. Snow White says:

Your humor is a Christmas gift to me. Lol
Will you be watching any “football” 👟⚽️
            tomorrow?

          5. HG Tudor says:

No, there are no games on Christmas Day but I will be watching on Boxing Day

          6. Snow White says:

Is Boxing Day just as important as Christmas Day? What else do you do that day?

          7. HG Tudor says:

Boxing Day is important for sport. Beer and sport.

          8. Snow White says:

I hope you enjoy your Boxing Day HG.
            Have a drink for me.

      2. Love says:

Oh yes boxing day. Lol! When my boss first mentioned it, I assumed it was a day dedicated to boxing fights. Then he clarified it means boxing up your Christmas stuff.
I need a dictionary for British idioms and terminology.

      3. Love says:

Snow, my last narc used to play professional American football. His family lives and breathes it. His uncle used to play for the Steelers. I saw my first live American football game with my ex. That as well as every Sunday and Monday night game on tv. Good grief, I think I overdosed on it.

    2. Indy says:

Enjoy Christmas, 1Jaded1 and gave some yummy Chinese food and peace and quiet ❤️

      1. 1jaded1 says:

Enjoy Dec 25 as well, Indy. I’m so glad I met you on this blog. 🙂

  17. Fuel for Love says:

Hey HG — so happy to be narc free this Christmas — my cognitive dissonance disagrees from time to time (lol) but we’re getting there and singing your daily holiday jingles –I have a question re sleeping (not sex) together … my ex was full on malignant NPD but in all the years I’ve known him, including through the devaluation and discard and I’m ashamed to say hoovers lol, he has always ‘happily’ slept beside me — throws his arms around me, pulls me close or tangled his feet up in mine as we sleep through the night — why is that? Just a sound sleeper and it doesn’t affect him one way or the other? Trauma bonding manoeuvre to keep my sub-conscious messed up? He did sleep in the ‘bolthole’ a few times while we dated (having manufactured a fight or whatever) and he did withdraw intimacy fairly early on sadly (it would make a rare appearance when we got back together) but even during the fighting or post breakup (but before I learned about NPD) when we were trying to be friends and still hanging out and overnight, he was always happy to sleep side by side and often in a tight embrace but nothing more … Do most NPDs that you know hate touching? I would definitely say my ex did except for the surprising sleep time hug. What’s your theory on this? thx 🙂
