    Hi HG,
In this book you speak of a CoD as not being fully formed. As the CoD realizes, understands, crosses the emotional seas, goes NC, and possibly achieves Zero Impact…how would that person be able to survive if they are not fully formed? How can an under-developed individual become less vulnerable, confident and secure?

    1. HG Tudor says:

They are not a full-formed narcissist. They do not need to become fully-formed in that regard.

So the CoD can be exploitive, entitled, etc. but still has empathy? What makes a CoD any different than a Victim Narc? I feel like there is possibly nothing redeemable about myself if I’m not even self-aware as a CoD. As an Ultra, you are afforded self-awareness and, therefore, can mitigate your less than desirable behaviors. If I am a CoD who doesn’t understand the toxicity others might think I expose them to, I’m fucked. I realize all people along the spectrum exhibit narcissistic traits; I realize I have behaved horribly in my life at times, but, now I try to be a good, kind person. But, what if people just see me as a toxic piece of shit like they believe the narc that hurt them to be? Is there redemption for a CoD because NC implies there is none for the narc? I am just struggling with this inherent lack of worth, self, like I am invisible but I stink.

        1. HG Tudor says:

The CoD has emotional empathy, the Victim Cadre of narcissist does not.

            Thank you.
