  1. This is a great read on the road to recovery. The information imparted in this book is of immeasurable value. Highly recommended if you are still feeling a psychic and emotional connection to the narcissist in your life.

  2. Hi HG,
    I read it-POWERFUL!
I have been able to do much of what you stated except the furniture and the painting, which I cannot afford right now to replace. However they do not affect me as much as the pictures, which I have eliminated to a great degree and the rest placed in a zip folder; somehow I find eliminating these also remove the last 11 years of my life, which I find hard to do.
I allowed or actually read an email he sent me and it made me sick and with a pit in my stomach-why after almost 4 months and all I know do I have a pit in my stomach. Forgive me for asking but will this always happen? If I happen to stumble on a picture or inadvertently open an email will I always get this pit in my stomach and this feeling of doom?
    Thank you 🙂

  3. I strongly recommend this book! I was finally able to go NC forever and leave the madness behind. I also got answers to all those questions I was confused about… you know the WTF moments the N leave behind.
He is gone… (or at least I have cut him out of my life via blocking him everywhere) Unfortunately today he figured out my work mail and wrote strange things (word 🥗) … but now he will get a hard bounce if he writes again!
    The biggest Idiot ever!
This book is a blessing.. a tip is to read it over and over again .. every trigger and every time you have a weak moment .. READ!

  4. Hi Mr. Tudor
I’m reading this now. So I have to get rid of everything that reminds me of him? He give me some art that I really like. But I could sell it if it jeopardizes the complete purging of him from my life. I’m answering my own questions again aren’t I……

    1. Yes. With the art either sell it (best outcome) or put it in storage somewhere until you have purged all else of his emotional infection and when you feel strong enough, wait a couple of months and then look at one of the pieces of art and see what your reaction is to it. If there is no reaction linked to him then you may wish to show the art again, if there is, sell it or store it again.
The better route is to sell it so you do not risk awakening the infection but it depends on how robust you are as an individual as you recover.
