Fury

Why does he lash out at you, abuse, assault and insult?

Why do you get ignored and cold-shouldered?

Why does he walk off and disappear?

Here is the answer.

  1. HG, when you are in the midst of fury, caused by a friend or family member, do you decide to make no contact with that person to protect yourself and that person, for fear that your revenge on them will be so disproportionate to their actions that your damage could be irredeemable and regrettable?

If you do make no contact, would it be a sudden instinctive decision or would you need to think about it and continue seeing the person until you arrive at a final no contact determination?

    1. There are occasions I deliberately remove myself and seek fuel elsewhere to abate the fury rather than let it manifest because of the effect it will have on the facade. I am able (most of the time) to exert sufficient control to achieve this.

      1. 1. Was the self control discovery made by you during your childhood or did you gradually become aware of it through your teens, twenties, thirties or forties?

        2. As a child, did it ever cross your mind that something was different about your behaviour and thoughts, and you only truly understood that it was narcissism during your treatment with the good doctors?

        3. How many days or months did the doctors take to deliver you the news that you are predisposed to NPD?

  2. This opened my eyes to why he always thinks pple are mistreating him. He says he hates the world, and this world is not for him😔
I wish i could help him.
