  1. When placed in charge of delegating responsibility have you given someone vague instructions or a vague role on purpose?
    So then it is easy to castigate them for not doing something.

      1. Thanks, I have to admit I laughed just imagining you doing that, probably because it has happened to me so many times.
        Those poor employees don’t realise what is going on. Their suppressed looks of outrage, shock, anger must provide fuel when their role was very vague and they were told that they messed up.
