So many times my narc and i have had discussions after ive disengaged only to repeat the cycle again. The discussion usually goes well with them apologizing and saying theyre glad we talk about problems meanwhile im sure theyre pissed off i had the gall to bring it to a head.
No. But if done properly it can lead to resolution. But that means it must be informative and constructive, not circular.
