I was raised by a Narc relative who screwd our lives. Parents are not in good terms because of them, I have anxiety issues. Well I have set goals in my life, I face it every day but I know that I have to keep going. Being sensitive or crying over something really hurts a lot. Sometimes I feel like why I am not of your kind. I wish to live a life where I am free from this suffering which I face everyday

    1. ;peace out says:

i also have anxiety from narc-abuse, and what i find healing is fixing my own weak narcissism, accepting my strengths and choosing what is right for me. that no longer includes letting dominant aggressives take control for me so that i’m passively seeking self-acceptance through them. which, considering how weak they are against their compulsions, really is a ridiculous dynamic.

      1. Mary says:

Peace out, this bit about “letting dominant aggressives take control for me so that iā€™m passively seeking self-acceptance through them.” That really feels like what I’ve done also! Seeking self-acceptance through dominant types. Trying to get someone who can’t love, to love me, as a way to accept myself. It’s really a self-defeating thing.

All of us obliviously came to HG, because we were in dire need of his help in regards to understanding the mind, and manipulations of Narcissist. Everyone of you humans came on here to gain knowledge from the
Master Narcissist, HG Tudor. No matter what you say, you came to his blog, and you are on his blog, because you need him, he does not need you. I find it an absolute privilege to be on this blog, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my healing process. I am indeed, so grateful for you, HG Tudor.

    Sincerely -your #1 fan

This applies to intimate relationships too?
E.g. You said this bad thing to me 8 years ago!!!

This photo looks like my friend of 30 some years, who I recently discovered she’s a narc too with HG’s help here. The last time I saw her, in June, her mask flew off and THAT face appeared! I was horrified. And, she threw in one of those creepy narc stares too!

She was beginning to devalue me when I said I wasn’t going to participate in a focus group for this “book” she’s “writing” (havn’t seen ANY evidence of any book….) because, as I was explaining to her that I didn’t feel I would have the time nor attention necessary to be a good participant due to the fact I had just discovered my BF is a big time narc and I’m super freaked out because discovering the last 5 years of my life was lie, and I have Stockholm Syndrome, and c-ptsd and the healing process I was about to undergo would consume me.

Well… she went into the ol’… “after EVERYTHING I’ve done for you” routine. It was hilarious! I was literally watching her spin out of control and begin with the machinations. I was literally stunned. Thank goodness I had seen a wonderful little video on youtube on 5 things you can say a narc to disarm them. So as she was yelling and accusing me of being ungrateful etc I calmly said to her “I can accept your faulty perception of me”. HAHAHHAHAHAHAH! Lo and behold, these 8 little words stopped her in her tracks! She was like a robot that short circuited! She didn’t know WHAT to say! Then after she spun around a few times and tried to argue more, she goes “I don’t even know what that means!” I then said good night and went to bed. And locked the door!

I was staying at her place overnight because I was avoiding being hoovered by the narc BF. I had planned to hang out with her til 5pm the following day, but with my discovery, I woke up, had a cup of coffee and high tailed it out of there. I haven’t seen her since. I went NC with her too.

HG, you can’t be friends with these people, can you? I mean, it doesn’t seem safe…

I finished Exorcism the other day. Great book!!!! It really did help! I’ve recommended it at least 20 times already.

It’s so interesting to me that people read here just to tell you they think you’re shit, HG. I just don’t get it. Many people here are desperate for your kind to acknowledge what is true about your kind and you deliver that. We know what you are. We are not in any danger of running in to you and being ensnared. You offer valuable, healing information. All of those things aside, most are still desperately grateful and breath a heavy sigh of relief to finally, after all the time we’ve invested, be told the TRUTH and know that it had nothing to do with us. Whatever.

lol I know I have added Mr. Tudor to my payroll for consults. If every follower did this along with buying his books, it would be a nice bit of pocket change. One consult a week per reader, do the math. I would like this gig. Cha Ching!

  7. Watermelon says:

Does it not serve as a source of fuel and to kick in the boot too? As in push us to lose our mind, and when we do (which provides you with oodles of fuel), act shocked and scared at our aggressive behaviour.

So when we are wounded at some shitty thing that you’ve been doing, and we finally get upset, you can tell us how aggressive/threatening we are and suggest we get some help for our anger issues.

    1. Scout says:

      Exactly Watermelon, projection.

      1. Sarah says:

What a wanker you are Mr Tudor . You should have been allowed to run down your mothers leg prior to your conception .
You make a profit out of all these women fawning over you .
They need to get a grip and wise up .

        1. HG Tudor says:

Hello Sarah, thank you for your considered opinion, your eloquence is overwhelming, but then I suppose that is what happens when red bricks start to dilute with scholarships.

      2. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD. says:

In reality he is really making a profit from his narcissism and psychopathy. The attention from women doesn’t hurt I’m sure but that isn’t his goal.

        1. jenna says:

Sarah, are you sarahjane? I have had some pleasant interactions with you. Why so grim all of a sudden? šŸ˜”

Pple have a tendency to become somewhat attached to the person that is helping them with their crisis. It is completely natural. We don’t ‘fawn’ over him. We are just so appreciative!!

I have not received the clarity i needed anywhere else, not even frm therapists and psychiatrists.

He also doesn’t reveal his identity, to protect himself in his personal life. That obviously would create an angle of mystery and interest to his readers, though that is not his aim.

          1. HG Tudor says:

No it is someone else Jenna

          2. jenna says:

Oh that’s good to know it’s not sarahjane!

      3. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD. says:

Try and keep in mind that he has helped a great deal of people (and continues to do so) through his work.

Glad you’re back HG!! You cute fluffy 6’1″ teddy bear! I’m not scared of u or ur machinations. I mean, poking a hole in your gf’s cake (i would have started laughing), hiding xmas presents, not answering when called upon. Pahleez! U call that dangerous?! Come here and let me give you a big warm welcome back hug you big baby! šŸ’—

    1. HG Tudor says:

No hugs. You would not last five minutes.

      1. jenna says:

        Not last 5 minutes, meaning?

        1. HG Tudor says:

          Your complacency to danger.

          1. jenna says:

Do you mean if i were in your personal life, hypothetically speaking, you would have me in tears in 5 min flat?! šŸ˜–

          2. HG Tudor says:

I would have you doing what I wanted within 5 minutes.

          3. jenna says:

          4. jenna says:

I know what u want. You want fuel. I have no prblms giving that to u. I am borderline and my emotions are always up and down anyways. I will pour emotions your way, you big bad narc!

          5. jenna says:

I know i’m bugging u alot today. Pls excuse the immature behavior. I’m just so glad ur back!! šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š

          6. HG Tudor says:

You are not bugging me Jenna.

          7. jenna says:
