  1. HG, you recently replied to a comment with the phrase “punishment seduction.” I am going down this rabbit hole as an explanation for my simultaneous Golden Period and Devaluation…. my Golden Devaluation. Have you written on punishment seduction before? Can I find it in this book?

  2. Did you have any relationships growing up that were similar to the narcissist dynamic of ever-presence and constant contact?

For example I have an older brother and we were constantly doing things together, board games, matchbox cars, 2 player video games.
Spent way more time with me than even the most attentive parent in the world would.
He also tormented me, so that seems to be the blueprint.

You find out all the info on your empaths so did your empaths have similar relationships growing up?
