I still would love to read about the dynamic of narcs marrying each other.
From what I have seen it’s like an ugly dance between them. One devaluing while the other begs and pleads and back and forth. Because of the intermittent attention and then fury or silent treatment, they stay hooked to each other. Usually one cheats though.
I’ve seen it a few times and the marriages def don’t last as they’re just constantly wounding one another.

HG, are you sure that this work here is good for you for your progress in therapy? Progress of course from the view of an empath. I think, if I were you or better one of your kind, I would think: “Look at all the victims here. I am not so stupid to engage myself to let down some defence. I do not want to feel the deep pain. Look, they all adore me for what I am at the moment.”
I think this work here would strengthen my opinion to remain what I am. (if I would be you)
This is no backhanded provocation or attack. This is the trial to feel what you feel from your point of view and a honest question. If you do not want to answer, it is o.k. for me.
At the tender age of two, I knew exactly what I was doing when I made my way towards the public library. Understanding is replacing my anger, thanks to everything I have read here and in your books. Thank you!
