How does a lower mid ranger feel when you ghost them. Since our breakup all carried out in very narc fashion from reading your site I have completely disappeared from the scene. I don’t go to the places where we have mutual friends. The reason for this is the last time we broke up or should I say she blocked me and dissapeared she knew everything that I was doing. I was shocked how much she knew.

From what you have written, I assume she disengaged from you and has blocked you. This means she will have a new IPPS who she is focussed on and wants no interference from you. Further, your ‘ghosting’ will have no effect against this context.
