The lovely young grand daughter of Grandma narc bravely rang Gran narc to politely inform her that everyone else in the family would be receiving an invitation to her wedding but not Grandma narc. The grand daughter went on to explain the reason that she didn’t want Grandma narc at her wedding was because Gran narc always created trouble and spoilt things. Well, Grandma narc went into an absolute raging fury with an hour long tirade of word salad and circular conversation. Gran Narc accused the poor bewildered grand daughter of attacking her and being hostile The grand daughter was quite shaken by this verbal attack and tried in vain to explain her position, but nope Gran Narc didn’t want to listen and raged on about ‘after all she had done for the grand daughter’. After the end of the raging diatribe the grand daughter was even more resolved not to have Gran narc at the wedding. In the end the grand daughter had a lovely wedding without Gran Narc ruining it by her presence.
HG an insight please. Would Gran Narc’s furious rant also contain the expectation that the grand daughter would relent and invite her?
Thinking of you – and many others – on the love of fire, I thought of a Doctor Who episode in which the sky is ignited & thought you might enjoy the visual –
This is my mil. She feels she should be invited to everything! If she finds out we have an outing planned she will try to get herself invited. Years ago id try and include her in everything but she would take over and ruin it so not so much now. I need my space from her to keep things good.

Yes.
Dearest HG,
Thinking of you – and many others – on the love of fire, I thought of a Doctor Who episode in which the sky is ignited & thought you might enjoy the visual –
Seems very appropriate in relation to the ignition of fury..
