Just read this book. Very helpful. One thing left to do is to get the fear out of my head. He served bits of fear to me from day one. How to purge the fear HG?
Consult with me and I will explain how yo tackle this fear so it is reduced.
This is my favorite book of the series, so far. It helped me a lot!

I’ve pretty much purged the narcissists in my life from my heart and soul, but I’ve been thinking about the effects of narcissism on the brain and the possibility of reversing the effects of it and I was wondering the following:
1. Say a narcissist has been in an accident after which he suffers from memory loss and as a consequence he has completely forgotten about his terrible upbringing, do you think it would be possible to regain his capability for empathy, as empathy is mostly a learned capacity? Or do you think that if one misses this opportunity in ones youth it can never been taught to him again?
2. Do you think that maybe in the future it will become possible for narcissists to receive a cocktail of various brain chemicals such as dopamine and adrenaline, so they can slowly get of their addiction to fuel, just as for example heroin addicts get substitutes for a while?
3. Do you think that alcohol and other drugs make narcissists (especially the lesser and midranges) speak the truth and do you think therapy involving little portions of this kind of brain altering substances will someday be helpful in altering their behaviour?
And finally: if such possibilities as mentioned above would exist, would you ever consider to become a guinea pig for your doctors, just to satisfy your curiosity?
In other words: would you ever consider to banish the beast from your heart and soul?

I retain an intellectual curiosity about the possibilities, hence I am doing what I do.
You’ve always said you remain cautiously open-minded as long as you can see benefit to yourself to try new possibilities. Has there been anything you have tried differently since being in therapy that yielded a different outcome than you expected and you were pleasantly surprised?
HG I randomly got a box of 100 k cup coffee pods delivered to my parents’ house in the mail. The box was for me and had my name but I didn’t order it and it wasn’t on my credit card charges. I asked everyone I knew and everyone said it wasn’t from them. Do you think my ex might have sent it to me? We have been no contact for 8 months and he doesn’t know where I live only where my parents live since I have moved since the breakup.
It is entirely possible. Have you spoken to the company to ascertain who placed the order?
Hg I called the company and they said they can only give information about packages to the club members who make the purchase. I called and texted friends, co workers as well as every member of my immediate family if they sent that package to me and no one did. The coffee is worth $40 so it is weird that someone would send it anonymously. Do you think he sent it? What would be his mid midranger purpose for doing that? Is that like a coward way to get me to break no contact and ask if he sent it? The whole thing just makes no sense to me and I can just feel myself going into empath I must figure this out mode.
Are you an extensive coffee drinker?
HG – I drink coffee maybe once or twice a week in the mornings. I have to be at work by 7 AM so my mornings are early. What would be his reasoning for sending that coffee HG?
It is either a mistake that it has reached you or it is a hoover. If it is him, perhaps he is trying to tell you to wake up.
HG – it is not a mistake because the mailing address label had my first and last name spelled correctly and both are often misspelled. It also had my parents’ exact address.
Thank you for your response about it possibly being him trying to tell me to wake up and for confirming it is a hoover. I think I am going to try to return the coffee to the store and get money for it because I don’t want to encourage ever presence.
