I know a narcissist that uses sex to get his quota of adoration but also as a means of triangulation and to drive his adoring groupies insane with jealousy ergo more supply. I used to be one of these minions but can’t actually be bothered with him or the charade anymore. Once you FINALLY realise that your average narcissist is about as real as some seedy character in a steamy Jackie Collins novel then it is somewhat tedious, if not a little amusing. YAWN …
This was a superb read, HG. I always wondered what an impotent, MLV narcissist got out of sex. He always insisted that it was more important to give than to receive and he loved to pleasure me. I would always want to provide for him, too, but he wasn’t that concerned about himself. Now I know why!!!
