After being with Narc for five years, two of which he led a double life with another woman and cheated relentlessly, I caught him out and discarded him. He keeps contacting me to tell me to ‘move on’ which is obis very strange seeing as though I’m not the one contacting him…he also orchestrated major smear campaign, claiming I was the cheat. He blamed me entirely for his double life and said I ‘made’ him do it. The sleazing was pretty bad…anyway, since I have ignored him he has ramped up the abuse and attempts to contact…will he ever give up?
No, but you can reduce the risks.
This book was invaluable to me. Helped me to prep and plan my escape. Over a week out now, full no contact. I finally got my life back.

Is it possible he is a narcissist?
He breaks up but still keeps contacting, testing the waters, trying to fight, when it doesnt work, switching to being kind. When he is told not to contact again, he says he understands that and a week later boom! a new text.
Probably – would need a fuller picture.
Very difficult to find people who truly understand what you are dealing with . They just find a way to make it look like you yourself is looking into deep in almost everything . Or they romanticize it all . Confusing
