  1. Bobbi says:

My narc banned me from Facebook due to one of my friends posting on my wall that they were interested in me “romantically”. He thought that I was making him look bad. Fine by me, I’m not crazy about Facebook anyways.
The upside is that I won’t be subject to such asinine behaviors that narcs engage in on social media.
I guess that’s one way to go No Contact in advance of doing so.
And he only has himself to thank for closing that door.

today I deleted my social media bc I am not yet strong enough to not check his profile and his new gf.
I hope I get to that point one day.
seems like I am the one who always has to suffer

Good work SKC, you applied logic and made exactly the right choice that will benefit you.

      1. skc8130 says:

I hope so, I’m scared to death. He always finds a way to contact me.

  3. analise13 says:

    Thank you HG.
    These definitely are truths.

  4. Julie says:

So, so true. Unsurprisingly, just before I escaped, his ex from just before me started popping up again.

Poor idiot has no idea what she’s in for because she was only involved for a couple of months, and she worked 2 weeks in town/2 weeks out of town.

    She has no clue…

Oh yes…mine freely likes everything the new shiny NISS/IPSS tags him in and overlooks mine. Hasn’t liked my profile pics in 6 months but freely likes mutual friends and new women. Ho Hum…it bothers me less and less as I learn from HG.

  6. CB says:

This triangulation with your facebook friend, likebombing someone else, etc, also serves as a stock raiser for the narcissist.

The target will unconsciously offer more next time the narcissist talks about meeting up/date.
Offer a better party, more luxurious food, offer rides with her brand new car, maybe money, a job offer, etc. Just to get to meet him again.

The jealousy bait seems a very common thing to do. Three months ago a guy friend called and i told him i was busy that weekend. An hour later he began a facebombing of a mutual female friend which lasted for two months. After new years he called me again. I didn’t answer the phone this time, didn’t call back either, because i know this trick by now.

But years ago back when i didn’t know, i typically would have fallen for it, and he would have had a much better chance of me saying yes that second time.

He definitely did this liked everyone’s post but mine and everyone’s pictures but mine of course a lot of woman but I noticed he also liked all his male friends profile pics wonder if he’s secretly gay especially when I broke down before blocking him and asked why he changed his status on Facebook to female his answer was he got hacked and he changed it back to male well anyway three days no contact 3 million left

  8. Perse, Queen of Hell says:

I didn’t really care, and didn’t see any harm in it, even when he was trading old.n.moldies with hottie on fb.
    I said, “how nice.”
    Was he expecting something else?

    1. Melissa says:

Hi……Yes, H e was expecting you to go insane with jealousy. FUEL for him and also a Major triangulation tool He also wanted you to be in intense emotional pain over him……FUELLLL

      1. skc8130 says:

Sad to admit, it worked on me. I gave him lots of fuel, I had no clue.
