We had to laugh a little bit today. Sometimes they exaggerate so much, that even the most stupid sees the truth behind. We have a line manager who believes she is the one. It begins to become ridiculous. We all tell her , yes, it is true, you are the one – and do our things like we want – behind her back. It is “her” special narcissistic trait. We avoid her “advice” as much as possible or we use it. “You are such a professional, could you please help me. I do not know, what to do.” Do it for me, baby!!!
After a while you learn how to manage people with narcissistic traits. Of course not the ones, who have a lot of narcissistic traits.
