    Dear Mr Tudor,
I believe Meghan has just accepted the biggest acting performance role of her life …. be interesting to see if she wins an oscar

    1. NarcAngel says:

Shes getting her golden boy on Saturday.

      1. Bubbles 🍾 says:

        Dear NarcAngel,
        Haha, you’re funny
She’s gonna need a bigger trophy room… haha

  2. Jackie says:

hg what class and cadre of narcissist do you believe Meghan Markle to be?

    1. HG Tudor says:

      What do you think?

      1. K says:

I haven’t read a very royal narc yet but I have RMM pegged as a somatic (cadre) MMRN (school).

      2. Jess says:

        Elite UMR

  3. Thomas says:

Hg who from the royal family do you think is a narc? Is Charles?

  4. Kim says:

HG. I can’t find nor remember where I read it but it was stated by using the narcs name you give them fuel because you are acknowledging them. (Hope I got that correct)
I was just asked “ what do you want from me Kim?” I just found it strange that in a text with only the 2 of us talking he would use my name. I do not ever remember him doing that before.
Is there a reason for him using it?
    Thank you
    Your humble empath

    1. HG Tudor says:

It depends how you say the name – just writing it would not provide fuel.

    2. MB says:

      Hi Kim,
I’ll put my two cents in here because this is a “thing” for me. IMO he is using your name in that way to belittle you like a parent chastising a child. (Exerting superiority). I have even asked people not to use my name at me in that way. There is also an associated tone of voice used in a way that feels shameful to my insides. Maybe it’s just me, but if you can imagine a puppy looking down in shame with the whites of her eyes showing after pee peeing on the carpet, that’s how it feels to me when my name is “used as a weapon”. Am I the only one? 🐶

      1. Kim says:

Thanks MB. Makes sense as I was questioning him at the time about him ignoring me. Exerting his superiority makes more sense than the pity play I thought it was. And you are right…..depends on how it is said. I just knew at the time it was strange.

  5. geyserempath says:

My MLV told me quite simply (in a tone that implied I was making something out of nothing), that he just liked to see hot chicks in his feed on FB….huge red flag

  6. narc affair says:

My narc loves to bring up nonchalantly other womens replies to him or groups hes in on facebook. He cant help but triangulate. Im no longer on the site where he could hurt me or anywhere online together aside from my facebook which hes not tried triangulating yet. Soooo he has to bring up posts to him. Desperation. Triangulation is a narcissists favorite tool.

    1. NarcAngel says:

      Narc Affair
Thats (him) showing insecurity from my perspective.

      1. narc affair says:

Hi narcangel..i agree i think its coming from a place of insecurity too. He never outwardly shows it tho. I dont like people to feel insecure but when hes caused me so much insecurity itd be nice to know he feels that way too at times but alas i know im dealing with a narcissist.

        1. NarcAngel says:

          Hi Narc Affair
It occurred to me after that you may have meant he shows no insecurities or questions about what YOU post and not his own. I just saw his insecurity in having to show you what others thought of his. Sorry for the confusion.

  7. Clarissa says:

Hg in honor of the the royal wedding you should write an article about how Meghan is a narc. Do you think Harry is one too?

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Harry is not.

      1. narc affair says:

Wow i wouldve thought harry a narcissist. He definitely loves the spotlight. Regardless i feel sorry for meghan her family has tried to ruin the wedding especially her narc half sister.
I was surprised by the date they chose being anne boleyns execution date along with a kings execution on the very site they will marry.

        1. HG Tudor says:

No, he’s not, not at all.

          1. K says:

I concur. My impression was always that Diana and her two sons were kind and genuine but not Prince Charles.

          2. NarcAngel says:

I marvel at the management and containment of Prince Philip all these years.

          3. HG Tudor says:

You can’t knock POG he is most entertaining.

          4. NarcAngel says:

            Re: Prince Philip

Oh that he is and why I marvel. What does POG stand for?

          5. HG Tudor says:

            Philip of Greece.

          6. NarcAngel says:

Oh. Thank you. I thought you spelled PIG wrong.

          7. HG Tudor says:

            To the tower with you!

          8. NarcAngel says:

So much for my 2 minutes.

          9. HG Tudor says:

            Yup, off with your head!

          10. Julie says:

            Ooo savage today

      2. narc affair says:

The reason why i thought harry could be a narcissist is from his past actions. Hes been a wild child and has always wanted to be in the spotlight and stand out. I think he wants to carve out his own from the royal family. He will never be king or has a slim chance of it and seems to want to be noticed. I could be wrong but its going from the media only.
I remember when he visited my home city and created quite a scandalous stir when he took two girls from a bar back to his hotel room and insisted on a threesome. When they declined he threw a hissy fit and sent some unflattering texts to them. Again thru the media which may or may not be true.
Then there was the nazi uniform he wore that caused a stir.
I find it fascinating he chose a woman that is: divorced, older, part african american and attended a catholic school. These dont seem a big deal to the average person but within the royal family could cause contension. Its almost as if he deliberately set forth to be with someone so different from who would normally be in the royal family.
He definitely is a person in his own right and has proven this.
On a positive note i do like prince harry. I can see especially now thru current interviews hes got a sweet caring side and his mothers death had deeply impacted him. If this isnt part of a facade then im wrong about my intitial thoughts on him being a narcissist.
Meghan markle i have no doubt possesses narcissistic traits but i know so little about her that i cant say either way. Shes an actress which further complicates knowing if she is or not. I do feel sorry for the silliness her family has been causing before her wedding. Very dysfunctional!

        1. HG Tudor says:

Harry is not a narcissist. He has an extrovert streak in him (hence the partying etc) but keep in mind the lens of the world’s press are often trained on him so these matters get blown out of proportion too. He served in the army and demonstrated his empathy there and has done so with his establishment of the Invictus Games also. He has certainly acquired his mother’s empathic nature. It is not so much that he has chosen RMM to cause contention but rather, he has been ensnared and ‘brainwashed’ by a narcissist into going along with these matters which maybe of contention.

      3. narc affair says:

I do hope its a lovely wedding day and i wish both prince harry and meghan only happiness!

        1. HG Tudor says:

          Such an empath!

          1. NarcAngel says:

I hope Prince Philip gets drunk and gropes the bride.

          2. HG Tudor says:

            Randy Andy has that covered.

      4. April says:

Hg who from the royal family is a narcissist?
I was thinking Philip and Charles. Is that right?

        1. HG Tudor says:

You are correct with the ones you have mentioned.

      5. /iroll says:

        Di seemed borderline to me

        1. HG Tudor says:

          I agree.

      6. narc affair says:

Ty for your thoughts on prince harry HG! Its great to see your take on this and its not what i wouldve thought.

        1. HG Tudor says:

          You are welcome NA.

      7. narc affair says:

Hi iroll….i agree about princess di. I had read one of her biographies years ago and at the time i had no idea what a borderline was but now that i do id speculate she couldve been on the spectrum. She did admit in her biography to comparing herself to other women and being jealous. Also that she wanted to be in the spotlight and struggled with anorexia. One things for certain she wasnt happy in that marriage.

        1. NarcAngel says:

          Narc Affair
Also-she hurled herself down the stairs in dramatic fashion.

      8. MB says:

HG would it be treacherous if you were to write about the royal family? Disrespectful? I don’t know the culture there.

        1. HG Tudor says:

It would depend what I was writing wouldn’t it?

          1. MB says:

Like you have other prominent figures. Your assessment based on observations of actual events and behaviors.

The amount of research and thought you put into the Trump piece was impressive and done in a most respectful, graceful HG style. A similar piece regarding your predictions as to the future of the royal family would be most riveting.

If you were to be banished from the UK for treason, we would be honored for you to join us here in the States.

          2. HG Tudor says:

Thank you MB. I am a big fan of the US so that would not present an issue should I ever be exiled!

      9. narc affair says:

Lol narcangel 🤣 somehow i cant see prince philip groping anyone. Maybe wil will bust a move on the dance floor 😋

      10. /iroll says:

Landing this somewhere on the chain:

An infamous English individual who was exiled from the Uk was Genesis Breyer P-Orridge, because of ‘satanic cult behaviour’. I know this from my time in art school.

I recognise Di’s issues because i’m (also) bpd. The funny thing about the ‘social effects’ of the disorder which has been documented: is that while we have big emotional issues of our own, people also tend to project their issues onto us. So it’s an awkward situation where the source of distress is neglect – plus obsession. We split to avoid abandonment and being engulfed, aka fight! flight! The narc splits to boost their sense of superiority and maintain distance. Borders want love, Narcs want power, so bpd splitting triggered by jealousy, comes from not feeling securely loved. Narc splitting triggered by jealousy, comes from not feeling in control by appearing better than others.

Di felt ashamed that she couldn’t keep it together under social pressures. The acting-out behaviours happen when we’re in a state of distress, lose boundaries around a stable sense of self. I can lose sense of time – we experience transient dysphoria and dissociation in reponse to inner emotional distress. The 3 D’s.

Maybe falling down stairs was an attempt to get out of this extremely disconnected state? Bpd people can cut themselves and then feel better an hour later, because we got emotional relief, which makes others think we’re attention-seekers. We may want attention or to avoid attention, but it’s genuine not superficial.

Narcs test people in terms of how much they can be controlled and owned. Borders test others to feel secure with them.

If someone is just acting-out for superficial attention, they likely have histrionic PD: not being the center of attention was the problem, the quality of the attention doesn’t matter. Histrionics have superficial relationships where they act like and believe they’re madly in love.

      11. narc affair says:

Hi narcangel…i dont remember reading about princess di hurling herself down the stairs but thatd definitely fit with the diagnosis.

      12. /iroll says:

wow, i looked up the stairs incident, she was pregnant. So, she was actually attacking Charles and the Queen with the only thing of value to them she had: the royal heir. She was afterall, a glorified breeding cow.

Still, it is pretty intense to do the Scarlett O’Hara thing (she was histrionic, and pushed). Why not go for a hot groundskeeper? Charles was a wimp.

Or get the Corgi’s to pee on the Queen’s bed?

        Corgi’s really are adorbs.

  8. Boho Belle says:

    Poor Meghan Markle lol

Priness Di in a fashion happening all over again

    1. Sara Jessica Snarker says:

      Poor Harry.

  9. Boho Belle says:

yeah actually I have a lot of guy friends I don’t really want or need on my page and lately i just feel like a piece of meat or a commodity to be traded between pages, posts and likes for whatever purpose suits em at that time, if that makes sense. I think very soon I will cancel my account for good because I would rather be at home totally alone than have to put up with the constant barrage from pathetic thirsty men on there. I understand I am vulnerable and often a target, but then again some men are a silent target for me, Its just a lot easier for me to reel them in. sooo.. anyways goodnight from Australia

  10. Nicole says:

Hg do you think Meghan Markle is a narcissist?

    1. HG Tudor says:

      I do.

      1. windstorm says:

That’s sad. I know virtually nothing about her, but he has always seemed caring. Maybe being royalty will be a buffer for him. I can only hope.

      2. EmpathAsks says:

And what about Kate and William?

        1. HG Tudor says:

          What about them EA?

      3. Jess says:

I’ve been dying to ask about Anne & Henry. Fascinated to know who the narcissist is, if anyone. Elizabeth I as well. I named my daughter after her, she’s my favorite historical figure. A wounded empath can act like a narcissist due to projective identification and history has also been interpreted differently over the years, but I’d <3 to hear your thoughts.

Harry and William seem highly empathetic to me as well as Diana. Im so glad this was discussed…I’ve been waiting for my chance.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Which Henry – we had eight you know! I assume you mean Henry VIII and by Anne you mean Anne Boleyn – just wanted to check.

        2. Julie says:

A wounded empath can act like a narcissist due to projective identification

Is there an article on this? At the risk of labeling myself 👀 i would like to read up. I can ne a real shit at times and maybe this is what i can read?

      4. Jess says:

        Yes Sir.

      5. EmpathAsks says:

Are they narcissists (Kate and William) or at least one of them? 🙂

        1. HG Tudor says:

      6. Jess says:

        Hi Julie
There are numerous articles about this in psychology world that are confusing as f***. In my own words it boils down to this. Narcissists are formed through abuse. Silent treatments, gaslighting, blame shifting, physical abuse, neglect of needs etc. all of the same behaviors that they dole out to us. When an empathic person is put through this they begin to behave differently. Their brain is being damaged in the same way so we begin to take on their characteristics. We act emotionally rash, we strike them physically, we cheat on them, we lie etc. These aren’t traits that are normal for us but bc of the abuse we start to exhibit them. Then the narcissist points at us and says “see…you are the abuser.”

I hope that helps. I did my best. I’ll try to find an article that makes it more clear but psychology really misses the boat.

        1. HG Tudor says:

I don’t agree with the description provided Jess, although I appreciate you are expressing the situation in your own words.

          1. Julie says:

HG how would you describe it and what book do you recommend? Or article? Ty

          2. HG Tudor says:

            Describe what?

        2. Julie says:

Thank you very much! I would love to read it if should be able to find it! This was helpful and I truely appreciate it.

      7. Jess says:

How would you describe it? “Listens intently”

        1. HG Tudor says:

          Describe what?

      8. narc affair says:

I think going by the media only that wil and kate are both empaths but with narcissistic traits. Youd have to have a higher level of narkiness to survive in that environment.

      9. narc affair says:

As far as henry viii and anne boleyn i think for certain henry was a dangerous narcissist malignant. Anne was a super empath her speech before her execution proves she was a woman of great strength but i also think she possessed high narc traits.

        1. HG Tudor says:

I agree. Anne Boleyn was set-up and doomed for a number of reasons, one of which being that Catherine of Aragon (who was Henry VIII’s wife before in case anybody did not know) was popular.

      10. narc affair says:

Hi HG….yes i agree anne was definitely set up. She was also a dirty empath and the public loved catherine of aragon and felt anne was the catalyst for that marriage falling apart and the changes from catholic to protestant. I do think people came to respect her in the end and felt sympathy for her.
King henry set her up as being unfaithful so he could sentence her to death. He also changed the religion so he could divorce. Id love to see a blog on king henry that would be a great one bc hes a perfect case study in narcissism!

    2. K says:

      I concur.

    3. narc affair says:

Im undecided whether meghans a narcissist. She definitely had good reason to being estranged from her family. Her half sister is a major loser.

      1. /iroll says:

Narc affair, i agree. She can also be one without being a sociopathic predator, i mean, the witch burning invites misogyny—anyone with a conscience won’t be motivated by petty schadenfreude. I get that we should be concerned with some types, but not all.

We reward status over substance, which just makes cultural narcissism more endemic.

  11. April says:

Now that I know narcs exist anytime I ask a friend how long she’s been dating her boyfriend and she says “well we have been off and on for….” I wince and just think narc narc narc narc narc.

  12. Julie says:

Truth right there. If I see nothing but females in their friends list… no go. Danger.
