A Personal Jesus

A PERSONAL JESUS

I am your personal Jesus. I enter your life and bring light and healing. Have you been hurt and damaged by another who did not value the honesty, decency and truthfulness by which you lead your life? I will soothe your fevered brow and reassure you that you are a good person. I bring calm where there is confusion and misunderstanding. Listen to me as I explain to you how the world really is. I have created paradise. I will open its gates and let you gaze upon it. Feel the love, warmth and tranquillity flow from it. This is all yours. All you need to do is follow me. That is all I ask. Come with me and I will be your world. I am everywhere and understand everything. When you are feeling down I will call you and remind you of how wonderful you are. My angels will remind you through my text messages and love notes of how special you are. You have a place reserved in my heaven. I chose it for you.

If you feel that your journey through life has taken a wrong turn, let me guide you. If the road ahead seems dark and stony, do not be troubled. Climb onto my back and let me carry you. I am your angel and my wingspan is wide enough to protect both of us from the darkness that lurks in the world. Open your heart to me. Give it freely and it will prosper under my stewardship. Listen to my words. They are imbued with wisdom and you are welcome to keep them as watchword to your heart. For too long you have struggled alone. I am here to relieve your burden and show you the wonderful, beautiful perfect love that you deserve. Just take my hand and follow me.

I am your saviour.

  1. Oh the religiousness!!! Piano boy has several side gigs as a church pianist. One time I asked him if I could come and watch him play. He says to me “No, I cannot allow that. Not yet anyway”.

As I read this article I could HEAR his voice. HG….why does everything you write get under my skin so much? I know you are not a cowardly paranoid mid ranger yet you continue to trigger my thoughts of Piano boy.

  2. Uh ok I get it now, we’re doing song lyrics. Here’s one for ya. Mr tin man by Mirada lambert.

  3. This reminds me of a sermon years ago at a church i was attending. It was about idolization and putting your faith in things or people. Basically they are flimsy. People are with fault. The pastor included spouses in that and it surprised me. God is the only place your complete faith and trust should be. Sorry if this sounds religious i know not everyone is a believer and i respect that.
Ive found this teaching to be true. Im trying to put my faith solely in god but with addictions and being codependant its difficult but not impossible. I see my life going in a new direction and am grateful. Thats due imo to god. I asked and ive recieved 🙂
Narcissists want to be our god by hooking us into a dynamic where we idolize them and depend solely on them for happiness and validation. Its a sick dynamic and a human one.
I still find myself idolizing certain people or things and have to catch myself and bring myself back to my only god and who i need to focus on.
Dont allow anyone to be your saviour or personal jesus. Rely on yourself and your belief system to be your guide in life.

      1. Im not sure npd or personality disorders fit into that belief system bc theyre maladaptive.

  4. You are not my personal Jesus but I believe that God is using you and your talents to help people like me.

    1. Hi mommypino…i was thinking this very thing that god led me in this direction to gain knowledge from HG’s journey in life. I dont like or believe npd is the way to be but i am very grateful for what HG has shared and for the parts of his personality weve come to enjoy!

  6. I read old comments on the previous Jesus posts and it was mentioned that this could also be the empath speaking this…..I disagree completely as we know we are no messiah! Sure we want to help others but there is no grandiosity on our part to be their savior.

    Sidenote:
He sang this at karaoke and it went down like a lead balloon!
I felt bad at the time for him. He murdered it!

  7. Hello, H.G. Tudor.
It would be foolish to deny this fact, because for the victim this is how he experiences it. I would even say that this is how she lives it and sees it when she is really hooked. I accept it, for me it was not simply Jesus, it was: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The divine trinity in One. hahahahaha.

    I was Illuminated and Dazzled….
And in short, whether or not you are enlightened I leave you a song from my favorite singer. When we are enlightened by a narcissist, we are blinded and we lose rationality….

    Illuminated
    Fangoria

    With a knot the throat
    Begging for salvation
    The dark nights of dawn
They draw a thunderbolt, storms that precede calm.
    Illuminated
    Obsessed
    Invoking the divinity
    The discharge of love
    Melting
    That speeds up the heart
    A force majeure
    What makes us delirious
    Illuminated by fire
    Crossed by the triumphal sword
In an outburst of heavenly light
    Prayers recited
They go in search of the Faith
    We abandon science
Knowing that everything is a miracle, that coherence ends
    Illuminated
    Obsessed
    Supernatural feeling
    Illuminated
    Marvellous
Accepting the total renunciation of the will
    The discharge of love
    Melting
    That speeds up the heart
    A force majeure
    What makes us delirious
    Illuminated by fire
    Crossed by the triumphal sword
In an outburst of heavenly light
    ecstatic
    Oh, oh, oh.
    Illuminated
    Oh, oh, oh.
    Leaving the darkness
    Blinded behind their veil
In the darkness we begin to see
    The clarity of this dawn
    Oh, oh, oh.
    Leaving the darkness
    Illuminated by fire
    Crossed by the triumphal sword
In an outburst of heavenly light.

  8. Only I can heal myself.

The real empathic error is to think we can heal anyone. We cannot. We can offer opportunities and assistance for healing, but the individual must choose and accept responsibility for their own healing. As much potential as we can see in people, still it is their choice.

We must also be accountable for our own healing. We must walk our own path.

Be your own Jesus, Mohammad, Buddha, whatever prophet you admire, or be a new messenger by your example.

    1. Err no. A key Empath trait is that some of us are healers. This is of course, exploited.

Want to really twist your melon? Some Narcs are also healers. Its one of our many simalarities.

      1. Hi Renarde
Not disputing the healing powers of an empath, just recognising that ultimately, it’s up to the individual to emotionally face whatever it is that needs healing.

An empaths presence alone can be enough for another person to feel better, let alone any actions the empath may take to help the other in their feeling better. I don’t dispute that because I have seen empaths in action, including myself. Holding the emotional space for someone is part of the healing powers of an empath, IMHO

        Hope that makes more sense.
        Cheers Tappi T

  9. While it is true…you come in like a savior….just like Lucifer it’s an illusion. Your end goal is to ultimately punish and imprison those you pursue for romantic entanglements! 😈💔🙅🏻‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🔪

  10. Depeche Mode….spell check really gets on my nerves…anyways now I have Depeche Mode running through my mind….☝🏻

  11. Your own…personal….Jesus….someone to hear your cares….someone who’s there….now I have depechmode

    1. Someone to hear you prayers….someone who cares….whoops didn’t realize a made that error in the lyrics…but close enough
