There is a predictability aspect and a set of behaviors indeed applicable to each type. It is illustrated beautifully in the assist package. No one should divorce without it.
Survivors I do recommend you follow H.G.’s advice on this. He’s right. You’ll be way ahead of the narc. My ex didn’t know what hit it. Plus…I went supernova. Rotated every 3 days on the narc with idealize, devalue and discard.That lasted maybe 2-3 weeks. It was screaming…”why are you so mean to me?”. My reply was…how do you like it and I know every move your gonna make before you think of it in your head. It wanted to know who’s been telling all. I said his name is H.G. and he’ll destroy you by me taking his advice. I laughed at it and it got enraged. The divorce was so fast it was a streak. Hahaha.
