Hg just for clarity you mean far as getting gifts from our narcs if it was something we wanted but got the opposite of it we just had to deal with it?
No, it means a rejection of accountability by the parental narcissist in circumstances where they have a responsibility.
Child – Let’s put up the Christmas lights. Narc brings them in from the garage.
Child – I cannot put them up on my own.
Narcissist – too bad, you wanted them, you have to put them up (ignoring the fact the child just cannot do that and as a parent the narcissist should join in and assist)
