HG, the MMR is so cautious about doing anything wrong. He examines my face and is hypersensitive to my reactions. If I don’t like something he tries to rectify it. Is that normal for a narcissist? The LMR would tell me to fuck off, shut up, etc.

HG. Being painted black is a minute by minute thing correct? If you wound the n you are automatically painted black until the next person wounds them then the need for contrast kicks in and you are white again

When you wound you are painted black. This can be alleviated by your response, by the successful application of control or other activity within the fuel matrix which creates contrast. You cannot guarantee a successful influence on this process which is why you should never try to influence it and it breaches GOSO.
Conceivably someone can remain black eternally.
The person is not chosen on being black or white, they are chosen based on whether there is a Hoover Trigger and the Hoover Execution Criteria are met. The nature of the hoover depends on how you have been painted.
It’s getting painted white that’s the hard part. A lot of tongue holding, lip biting, your best fake smiles, and agreeing to things you know are wrong, I would imagine. I’ve never been good at kissing up, but learning to do it has been on my to-do list for years. I’m sure it’s a good skill that would serve me well.

Have you written any articles specifically about the victim narcissist? One tried to ensnare me and I was totally oblivious even though I’d just been with the LMR Somatic. My friend also was with a victim Narc for 8yrs (right after a Somatic). The victim Narc still threatens to kill himself and she feels responsible for his life. I told her he’s a victim narcissist and she believes me. I need to send her information.

Oh my god. This one makes me feel ill. I’ve mentioned that I deleted all of the Golden period messages and all I have are the texts post volte face. His sudden change was so unexplainable and confusing, that even to this day I almost question myself if those golden messages were really as I remember them, or were they embellished by my ET.
Even in the times I tried to call him out on his sudden behavior change and he would deny it, I felt crazy since I didn’t have the “proof” to look back on. Almost as if I imagined all of it. I know for sure that I did not but the implied denial of it is crazymaking.
