I would buy myself flowers but I have no where to put them right now! HG—are you sure you are a narcissist or did you make all of this up?

  2. ThePolicyOfTruth says:

Your knowledge of the different schools and cadres is honestly amazing HG. Have you self-taught yourself all this purely with the power of observation? It’s really astonishingly impressive.

You deserve your title of being the number one expert in your field. Psychologists who have studied this stuff for years and years in university and beyond couldn’t even match your level of knowledge.

I sound like I’m sucking up now, but I’m not, I’m genuinely impressed with your dedication to your chosen subject matter.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Thank you. More people should recognise this.

          1. ThePolicyOfTruth says:

You seem to have a lot of people on here who recognise it.

Others will just criticise you for your own narcissism without taking into consideration the fact that it is this very element which enables you to do what you do. Your unique perspective is required for this level of expertise.
But their reaction is to be expected as not everybody can see the bigger picture.

It’s a bit silly but I miss the gifts.

They weren’t expensive, they were always so thoughtful and therefore priceless to me.

If I mentioned that I l appreciated the dying art of wood carving, then the gift was just that!

If I mentioned I adored the thought of old coins and the unfathomable history of the hands that might have held them or the pockets they may have graced, then a coin would be presented!

    Never anything extravagant or meaningless.

Every gift was straight to my heart! The best kind of gift! The kind that were considered!

I loved that. I miss that! Flooding with tears that a simple comment made in small talk was heard, remembered and acted upon. Having to tilt my head to the sky, to try to stop the tears from escaping! How satisfied he looked when he would do that for me. How I would become so choked up that I would just throw my arms around him when words failed me. How he would slowly release me from those cuddles and how I would hold him even tighter and refuse to let go until he laughed so sweetly and held me back again. There was real love in those hugs. They were magic.

No one ever affected me in the way that my narc did. He was the perfect fraud.

  5. Stella SHELF Unmaskers says:

  6. Gypsy Heart says:

That explains it!!!!! I learn something new that makes sense evert day!

  7. Pati says:

HG, your a GENUIS, my Somatic Narcissist used to have flowers delivered to my workplace!
So that everyone at work will say how beautiful they are and how lucky I am.
Now I dont even get a card for special occasions.
