I am just done reading this book. Wondering if you Have written anything on breaking free or detaching from your kind?
I actually ended up learning a lot about myself. Originally i purchased this book to understand me and my brothers relationship but he is 9 years younger than me and he always fascinates me (how? and why?)
I do want to comment on how i became Co-Dependent, I have been doing case study for a long time on myself and i know exactly how. It is my Narc mother who created me in to what i am, also my wanting to protect and help my little brothers only to realize even at age 8 he could protect himself better than me. I have a lot more insight but will just mention few things.
I also want to point out that we do suffer from so called “Stockholm syndrome”, it sounds disturbing but we do fall in love with our abuser. As a kid i realize that i cannot escape this family dynamic and became my coping mechanism. When i moved out I felt like alien around normal humans and always ended up finding my abductor(all my 3 Ex). We actually feel deep deep love and Joy when your kind makes decision for us tell us what to do. We feel unloved when you stop doing that and leaves us confused. More you make our decision and tell us what to do the CHAIN becomes stronger and tighter until your kind decide to discard us. and our search of finding our abductor continues.
Carl hung suggest working on shadow self(inner channeling our sociopath) theory supported by Jordon Peterson. It’s more like becoming SuperNova Empath. Obviously it does not come natural to us and we are not as good. But it does help when i Encounter Narc in my life. Currently i sit between 2 high functioning Sociopath always trying to get me in trouble at Work.
And Of course I can only do this by reading your books and blogs. Gives me insight of what goes through mind.

Which would you suggest reading first?
Are there things in this book that are helpful for a person that is not co-dependent? I’m basically more of the just gullible variety!

So the Link takes you to Kindle edition and says “currently unavailable for purchase”. It does not have any paper back option. I was trying to order from my cell phone, tried app and browser both did not work.
