HG—thank you for making “no contact” possible. Family emergency today and it required initial written contact as I’m now traveling and the kids needed accommodations. Their father was rude via email, in fact his reply was “WTH” when faced with an inconvenience of providing child care. After an explanation of my sister in laws sudden death that was his reply to having to watch the kids which is typical of his more rudimentary demeanor these days. I was able to with no emotion think, oh he is a disordered person and this allows no emotion for me —and a friend is calling him to make further arrangements as clearly my point person, my brother, is a mess. It’s possible never to talk to him. His platform for barbaric communication has ceased by having zero effect. Next time maybe he won’t even get the email and he shall receive a third party call. I’m also emotionally able to be of use to my young nieces and nephews to manage this and of course my brother. Thank you!

The Photo is outstanding. And is an accurate visual of how I felt during the first 6 months of my GOSO regime. It takes work to protect oneself from so many attempts made by others, both malign and benign, to breach one`s self-defense protocol. And it takes work to reign oneself in to stop checking Facebook, etc. etc. It was so exhausting, but things have eased up now. I have pushed through the hardest part now, and I have begun to better control my emotional thinking, and now my logic and good and healthy emotions are taking the lead.
