@stella my phone has voice assistive technology. If I turn it on while in notepad it types what I speak. You could play the recording on the computer and hold the phone to the speaker while in notepad. Probably better options out there, this is just something free and already a feature on my iPhone I was playing with when I got it. Settings: accessibility: voice control: turn it on and open up a word doc or notepad and see what happens. Also activate Siri too I think might help. I turned everything on then turned things off when I figured out what they do.

I am trying to find detailed information in the packages and bulletins. I typed in “assistance packages” i saw a brief paragraph explaining how important they are and it says to see the sub menus. Where do I find those? I’m not sure if it’s my phone or what.. I had that problem when looking for the narc detector and GOSO and the dating stuff.
Even though those are not listed.. are those also called AP’s?

I’m deadly curious- not only as to what my MMR IPPS experienced,
but also so I can track when my kids dad (Lesser) ended what little bronze period I got . It was insidious.
I’d like to know how the behaviour changes , the most predictable / common behaviours to signal the start of devaluation

I don’t know. The IPPS formal relationship was 1995-2006 . Since then it’s altered over the years as “co parents”.
Also I just got the bolt ons and I’m now fairly certain both babydaddy and Narcoholic are indeed LMR .
Babydaddy tended toward heated fury tho and I SUSPECT that’s bc I’m cold fury barely affected me as I’m a Leo and super headstrong and didn’t give a shit if he ignored me LOL
I did want I wanted —when I wanted—which drove him INSANE and still does in the little contact we have. Heated fury was the only way to control me bc I didn’t want the kids to see it.
Narcoholic is defin LMR. Utter disaster train wreck at life but not lesser.

But still not 💯 when devaluation started w babydaddy . I guess I felt – the control shift (the illusion that he wouldn’t hurt me drop) after about 20 months. (Our daughter was 2 months old) That was the first real heartbreak experience as I found a nude he’d stolen from our neighbour and friend’s bedroom. Yes he stole it, I know this.
Sometime near then I got an AST of a few days when he went to his parents
Same time period also I caught him shit talking me to a female coworker.
He’s a victim LMR and not great w charm or appeal so I honestly don’t think he actually GOT anywhere w anyone in those days or ever actually lol he’s still single 14 years after I left 😆
All this happened in a 3 month period so I’m guessing this was the start. Likely bc of my attention going to baby . I guess that was the start of it.
I’m still curious tho about how others experienced the very beginnings of devaluation

I do not. PayPal takes a slice off me from each payment. I recommend you take it up with PayPal as that does not sound correct to me.
Kim e, that happened to me before too. I think PayPal charges that fee for verifying your bank/credit card if you edited them or entered for the first time. I didn’t have a PayPal previously, I only made one for this site & I believe they PayPal charged me one time to verify my bank details.

Kim e, it’s probably that blasted foreign transaction fee. My credit card company charges it on every transaction for KTN purchases. It does show separately a day or two after the transaction.
MB. If that is what it is then my bank just stated charging the fee. Never had it before when I use my debit card. GGGGRRRRRRR
Kim e, mine didn’t charge the fee for a very long time either, then they started and it kept on. I use a card now that doesn’t charge foreign transaction fees instead of my debit card as before. Plus, I get cash back 😁
This has never happened to me, and I have made too many purchases to count, but I use Visa Gift cards for KTN. My personal credit card also charges no foreign transaction fees either in country or online. Many cc companies do not charge foreign transaction fees. To find a card with no fees go here:

Do be aware there are credit card scams that charge small fees that go unnoticed or are accepted since they are so small. Such scams draw in large sums of money every year. This happened to me. I reported it to the cc company and they took care of the small fraudulent fee and issued a new card. Never happened again.
Lastly, if you call customer service and say you inclined to close your account to avoid the foreign transaction fee since other companies do not charge such a fee, they are likely to drop the charges and cease the fees. They do not want to lose the 3-4% they make on all of your purchases annually.
I didn’t get the Pilgrimage, because I thought it was just a shortened version of Knowing HG Part 3. I didn’t realize it was different altogether. That’s what I get for assuming dammit.

Using much of HG’s advice, I’ve progressed further in my life over the past year than I did with the therapist(s) I saw over the many years I was with Narcx.

I added yesterday “Toxic Behaviours “ and “Behaving like a Narc “ to my collection and I learned a lot about myself – what were the forces that drove to use Silent Treatment during my marriage; why I didn’t escape earlier, what drove me back to the Narc post divorce, why I became entangled with Narc 2?

I’ve considered transcribing some of the audio versions for myself so I can read/re-read at other times. I’m thinking that listening/typing/ reading will ensure that all of this really sinks in.
Infact Lisk, good decision, but transcribing audio takes me too much time. I’ve done it with the Narc Detector about my narc, but it’s a very hard work. Even if I have a high level of English and HG speaks in a very clear way, it s not so immediate for me to comprehend perfectly all the words: I lack practice, because I’ve never been in England for a long period. But also you have Italian origins, don’t you?
Stella, Ive heard of audio to text software and also apps that can convert audio. I don’t know how well they work but It might be worth looking into.
