Listening to the audio file was like a watching a thunderstorm -a beautiful and scary picture. Beautifully written and spoken ( the words, the style, the voice ) but giving you goose bumps.

What concerns me the most is that the narcissist is the judge, jury, and executioner. It does not matter your intent, nor the insignificance of the act. In fact, you may have done nothing wrong from your perspective, yet you are still doomed to suffer the punishment.
You are only doomed if you do not GOSO!
I read a headline this morning in the DM. A woman may have been possibly strangled and pushed down a garbage shoot (instead of having drunkenly fallen into the chute, as investigators had determined.)
After reading the story, all I could think was, “THAT is what CAN happen if you do not GOSO.”
