It was my least favorite. I’d be more interested in examples of increasingly pro-social views and/or behaviors. While you have needed to be expressive of who you are (and it’s quite clear) it is of value to see more material that exhibits an appreciation of working with impacted individuals. The overall work is, of course, excellent. I’m simply suggesting that if there is evidence of “holding back” behaviors not according with a majority view, that you share it as often as you can. It’s not a criticism at all—but I’m sure there is interest in more examples of how self awareness can be utilized to express progress. Similarly, I’m attempting to be more open of the value involved in my own self-awareness & progress/impediments to progress.
