On the 25th May 2020, George Floyd was killed by a then police officer, Derek Chauvin, who knelt on Mr Floyd´s neck for over 8 minutes. The issue has not gone away and the matters covered in this material are applicable to Black Lives Matter, the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, the forthcoming US presidential elections and more besides.
Why did Derek Chauvin behave this way?
Why did three other officers stand by and do nothing?
