The Final Battle I strongly recommend. It is very useful.
It occurred to me, that my ‘Final Battle of No Contact’ – would be to change my phone number (again!) – and only give my number to people I have known for years or contact them through Messenger……
MRN has been blocked for a while. There are some people I worked with but there has been ‘no contact’ – so they will be also ‘removed’ – letting go of the ‘final pieces’ of the past & starting anew.
I did think – reading back to what I have just said, I’d have my phone off and decide whether to ‘check in’ again in a few days….. maybe not. That is where my ET & LT is at. Seems cold, I am not.
