Hahaha 😹, how can you make something so horrible so funny?!?!
HG’s article ‘The Dirty Empath – Infidelity’ explains a bit about empaths who have narcissistic ‘streaks’ – black streaks, mind you, hence the title ‘dirty empath’…… (laughing – I have a number of black streaks in me, nowt wrong with that either!)…… and to answer your question, that is my sense of humour…… LOLOL
Hahaha, yes, we seem to have a similar sense of humor! I think I have at least one black streak too but I haven’t studied about that much yet as I’m still trying to get some other things in place. In time…
I agree on the similarity on the sense of humour. I am glad to see your saying “at least one black streak” (laughing) – I won’t dispute that 😉
Having said that – HG’s ‘Trait Detectors’ will help determine the levels of your empathic and narcissistic traits. You will also be able to see which of your empath traits allow your ET level to rise. There is no rush to do this detector, as yet, as you are learning about narcissism now and the fact you have ‘GOSO’ from the narcissist.

Hi AE, I did do the TDC not long after the EDC. I wanted to learn about myself as I am the one I have control to change. At some point I figured out that my mother had a lot of N behaviors and have done and NDC on her also. All of this has been unbelievably enlightening and empowering. I do plan to do 2 or 3 more NDC’s, my ex, the summer narc and possibly my dad, but they have been on the back burner as they are less relevant to my current situation, as you know.
Along the way I have read/listened to the suggestions HG has made, all of which have been hugely helpful in my learning. And, I read many books right off the bat, though not knowing much, I didn’t get as much out of them as I am now with a second read through on several. I am blessed that at this time I have a job that allows me time to do this, I really need it. There will come a point when that must change but I have pushed it back for now, as I work through this time of learning.
