I remember after working out the narc, slowly, slowly I started seeing more and more people who were narcs. It was pre HG and so I was dazed and confused. Some of these people I had known for many years, I often liked and admired them. It really messed with my head but there were no answers out there. It was almost as though I was being gaslit by my own thoughts.
