Brilliant video HG. You haven’t met my ex. He has the means to keep watching so to speak. When he himself, can’t do that, he then sends out lieutenants, or some other groupies to watch, also if his friends and associates happen to see me, I’ll be photographed and filmed in real time by them for him. He wonders why I dumped him.

The thought processes of both the narcissist and the empath are motivated by very different things.
It was god to read this video. For ages (after I ‘discarded’ him), I was always looking over my shoulder where the Lesser was concerned. He made me feel ‘paranoid’ that he was always watching because of the way he treated me, the way he had ‘possessed’ me and the way he physically hurt me. It was a horrible feeling, living like that and having to feel / think that I had to always be on ‘alert’.
Seeing this video has actually given me reassurance – yet – because of the way he approached me and knocking on my car window, looking through my car windscreen – it was scary / unnerving and freakily ‘demonic’. He is the only narcissist that ever made me feel like that.
The last time I ever had a ‘conversation’ with the Lesser was around 5 years ago or so – he used the exact words “I think about you a lot, a lot”.
Should the MRN approach me (which he won’t) simply because of the ‘sphere of influence’ – I would not feel or think ‘fear’ at all. He was not scary to the degree that the Lesser made me feel because of my ET / LT. Hopefully I will never see the Lesser again.
This was excellent HG. I can be hypervigilent about this because my ex has monitored/stalked me in the past (verified by an eye witness) and this really helped to put my fear in perspective and stop it from messing with my mind unnecessarily.
