    RE: Revolting Rhymes

    What an enjoyable way,
on a wet and windy day,
    in the United K.

Cinderella – At the mention of “good home-made marmalade” reminds me of two things from my childhood – Paddington Bear and my grandmother. She made marmalade, lots of it (jam too, bread rolls, shortbread – which I loved, nobody made it like her). Thank you, HG, for invoking my good memories.

This is a good tale, thank you, HG.

Jack & The Beanstalk – reminded me of ‘Narc Tale – Jack and the Pedestal’.

Snow White – laughing at the King’s ‘shifty smile at giving each one a trial’, that is funny. Definitely a ‘somatic’ 😉 LOL “the cat’s pyjamas”. This ‘rhyme’ made me laugh a lot, HG.

These gave me a few giggles, thank you.

I found myself remembering various of your articles (and images) on KTN blog as I read through the videos released today. For example – ‘bath’ = ‘Understanding Changes to the Narcissist’s Fuel Matrix’, ‘The Addiction Triple Package’, obviously it goes without saying, your ‘Narc Tales’ series. Snow White reminded me of your ‘To Sin is To Win’ article.

HG, you’ll be remembered for eternity, for many reasons, for many people, through your different ‘avenues’ of educating others on narcissism, ourselves, pieces of literature that may have been ‘forgotten about’, or are not aware of.

    You’re a good ‘all-rounder’. A good man with a good heart.

Thank you for volunteering your time, your wit, sarcasm, entertainment and education.

RE: Wilfred Owen : War Poems
Bravo, HG. You did this really well and I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you.

RE: Wilfred Owen’s Dulce et Decorum est. I recall our English teacher who seemed to enjoy teaching English Literature more than English Language. When he read out loud this war poem, he said it with fervent projection. He was a man who ‘felt’ the subject he taught in. I had respect for this teacher too. Macbeth and A Man For All Seasons were other literature work that he delivered well. He used videos (films), books and discussion.

Just like HG does. HG does it far better though.

There are not that many teachers in this world that really understand how people learn, including how to deliver the education about the subject.

‘The Devil in the Belfry’ was enjoyable, HG. Thank you.

I loved the way you read The Admiral’s Ghost. It reminded me of ‘The Rhyme of The Ancient Mariner’,which is one of my favourites.

A suggestion for future literary selections: short stories by Edgar Allan Poe. They’re quite dark, and although Poe was an American author, your voice would be perfect for them. “The Telltale Heart” “The Pit and the Pendulum” “The Fall of the House of Usher” “The Cask of Amontillado” are some examples.

    1. HG Tudor says:

Thank you. There is already some EAP in the TT and another of his short stories is waiting to be uploaded.

Carolyn, I think The Tell Tale heart is already posted on the blog from last Halloween? Maybe?
