Thank you for re-posting this video. I enjoyed reading it. I was able to recognise the ‘motions’ of how emotional thinking can ‘con’ the individual and the fact it was a ‘milestone’ date for her. And after speaking with her friend, the ET increases to the point of her reaching out to the narcissist, not that she was aware that he is one. By the time he comes to the door of her home, her ET would have increased further and all ‘logic’ out of the window. Effectively, and unaware, she has ‘restarted’ the carousel of ‘pain’.

Interesting about the cat and it’s baleful look at the narcissist. Some animals can probably ‘sense’ the difference between those who have narcissism and those that don’t. Probably similarly with babies.

Sigh. I was reminded of my dog. She was such a comfort to me, my ‘teddy bear’. She’d approach me when I was upset. I felt her loss significantly, she left a large hole within me at the time. The ‘pain’ is similar to that of ET / LT yet the ET ‘style’ is different. And I know it is ok for me to think of my dog, my father and my grandmother.

I appreciate re-reading this video and reminiscing of those non-narcissists. I know I am so over the narcissists of my past and this video ‘confirmed’ that. I’m grateful. Thank you for that, HG.

    Dear Mr Tudor,
I felt drained listening to Emma Path go on n on n on and I cringed as I knew where she was headed
Beware, Kitty not only has claws but sharp fangs as well haha (a very familiar scenario for you Mr Tudor 🐾) haha
    Relationships end for a reason…..never go back…wards
Your story tale was executed superbly
    Bloody brilliant!
    Thank you 😊

        Hello dear Bubbles
Haha, this song is on point.

I agree with your previous statement, I cringed as I could see where Emma Path was headed. I am guilty of talking for a long time about ‘my’ narcissists (not only romantic ones) with my friend before I found HG. That’s why I find this tale is an antidote because I now cringe too at the memory of me boring the pants off that friend, who is an empath so she never told me to shut up, unfortunately for both of us.

          Dearest Fiddleress,

She was being a kind and lovely friend…..hope you bought her flowers or chocolates for boring her 😂
          Luv Bubbles xx 😘

          Dearest A Victor,
I thought related to Mr Tudor’s video quite well …. sad but true

Very enjoyable and effective tale. The great thing about listening to it is that it serves as a perfect antidote.
I cannot now imagine myself ever talking for hours on end (or even one full minute) with my friend about any of the narcs in my (mostly past) life. If I am ever tempted to do so, this tale will absolutely come to mind and cause me to take a step aside and see what I’m doing. And stop at once.
Love the reflections of the cat.
