Depends on who you’re asking.
Narcissists with a facade will likely say the LMRN is the worst because their mask is weak and it gives the game away. Logically speaking the Upper Midrange Narcissist would be the worst because their mask is more superior. They’re more intelligent. They usually have more power and can cause suffering on a much larger scale while never being believed to be a bad person. The Middle Midrange type A is also worst almost equal to the UMR. They all have a creature clawing. A better facade does not equal a safer narcissist. In fact it’s usually the opposite because they get away with it due to the better facade. Most people are so put off by shouting that they fear a LMR over the quiet, polite, covert types.
The worst example in this category is Lucy Letby. A narcissist with a sadistic streak, who caused babies to suffer and die. Nothing really surpasses that.
I want to say LMRN is the worst midrange category of narcissist because of my own personal experience with one – however, I truly believe MMRN-Type A do the worst damage overall, because they can insinuate themselves into situations and fields where they have access to vulnerable populations (in schools, senior’s homes, various healthcare roles, etc…)
From least horrible to worst: MMRB, UMR, LMR, MMRA
